Comfortable bed. Bathroom too far away from bedroom though. I like an en-suite as I can’t walk far on a hard floor without wearing shoes. Very clean room with lovely view.

Very convenient area with shopping malls around you!! About 30 minutes to airport. Convenient parking underneath.
A couple of notes for the hotel: 1. The TV drops in an out so it's unwatchable
2. I don't understand why you have a stove top but no frying pan? I can't fry bacon in a saucepan.
Other that that, lovely room and staff and I'd stay again.

No local parking, but parking charge at facility that wasnt clearly advertised, a holding charge also not disclosed and not yet received, poor water pressure, old mattress, requested 2 singles but 3 times not acknowledged. Staff weren't easy to find and some where very rude
The aircon was out of sync on the remote and wouldn't stay on
You get one card standard so dont go out separately or your out of power
Wow this place just isn't at all what was advertised

The electricity to the in room kitchen wasn’t working. I couldn’t use any appliance in the room. The things I put in the fridge had to be thrown out. The manager and night duty manager didn’t return my call and the emergency number wasn’t monitored. Now they aren’t talking to me about a refund. I won't be staying at Quest Chatswood again

Unable to drive to the entrance to check in, had to navigate car parking area whose entrance was difficult to find & then take the lift to reception. Daughter found that appliances & kitchenware in cupboards were dirty. Iron hotplate had something burnt & stuck to it so was unusable. No water in fridge, one small carton of milk, three teabags. There was a couple of small areas of rust in bathroom. Looked like someone had banged maybe a suitcase into the wall & taken a chunk of plaster out.
Bed & television were large, no problems there.

Studio was clean and spacious but a lounge would have been good.
Option for beds listed king or 2 large single. We got 2 small singles.
Parking fee was expensive
