Second time at this hotel and I will never be back. First time I had to change my room cause everything was broken from walls to blinds, even the kitchen bench had cigarette burn marks on it. Staff are illeterate and do not have any people skills what so ever.

Second time staying here. Only complaint last time was the lack of water pressure in the shower which was not a problem this time. No complaints.

Great and clean, large rooms and close to train station

Liverpool is Liverpool, a hot pot of culture figuring is way blindly through life. The rooms are small for Quest, and feel rushed. Not your normal Quest. BUT The staff were wonderful

Clean room and plenty of space. Washing machine and dryer looked brand new and with time to do my laundry

The clerk at the check in was a bit rude and a couple of days later as well regarding the hotel being full due to an Ice Hockey match apparently. The area and suburbs have changed tremendously with new immigrants into this country and it could be due to their cultural background & self entitlement. I just found out what she meant by ice hockey game, It’s on the search engine on google.

Great Customer Service

Die Unterkunft Quest Liverpool war sehr gut gelegen, nur einige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Liverpool entfernt. Das Zimmer war groß, hatte eine top ausgestattete Küche und es war sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Eine klare Empfehlung!

The room condition was good. The appliances were standard and easy to work with. I personally felt a need of a clock in rooms. There should be net on the balcony doors so guests can keep them open to flow some fresh air. Also the back of the hotel is very dirty whenever we open the back balcony door 2 cockroaches were in to both of the bedrooms. The rear of the hotel should be clean. The amenities were fine. The day we checked in the housekeepers were working near by. There were 2 staffs and one was with Indian background and her attitude was very rude, and unfriendly, seeing us she was busy in her phone. The other one was friendly and welcomed us and showed us and informed us how the doors work and cards in both the rooms. He was really nice, welcoming and helpful.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I will come back again on my next trip 😊
