nice and tidy, suggest the design of the room to be more warm . the room is a bit spooky with the white light, mirror next to the bed and the accessibility design of the toilet

The hotel is new and about 2 years old in 2017. Executive Studio need to have the washing machine and drying machine for clothes at ground floor and not inside the room. Slightly not convenient. Pay attention. If pay a little bit more for 1 Bedroom rooms, all facilities are within the room. Liverpool is slightly not good for going out after 8 pm. Liverpool is slighly in sub-urbans but still have fun going to visit Paramatta, Cabramatta (Vienames / Chinese town), Fairfield, Strathfield (Korean town). About 1 hour to Central and Circular Quay. WiFi limit to 200MB per day. Better to have free WiFi.

Die Unterkunft Quest Liverpool war sehr gut gelegen, nur einige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Liverpool entfernt. Das Zimmer war groß, hatte eine top ausgestattete Küche und es war sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Eine klare Empfehlung!

The room condition was good. The appliances were standard and easy to work with. I personally felt a need of a clock in rooms. There should be net on the balcony doors so guests can keep them open to flow some fresh air. Also the back of the hotel is very dirty whenever we open the back balcony door 2 cockroaches were in to both of the bedrooms. The rear of the hotel should be clean. The amenities were fine. The day we checked in the housekeepers were working near by. There were 2 staffs and one was with Indian background and her attitude was very rude, and unfriendly, seeing us she was busy in her phone. The other one was friendly and welcomed us and showed us and informed us how the doors work and cards in both the rooms. He was really nice, welcoming and helpful.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I will come back again on my next trip 😊

Absolutely perfect

The property looks good,general cleanliness is okay except the bathroom which I think requires good scrubbing as I could see some mouldy spots. There was music noise nearby which really disturbed my sleep.
