nice and tidy, suggest the design of the room to be more warm . the room is a bit spooky with the white light, mirror next to the bed and the accessibility design of the toilet

The hotel is new and about 2 years old in 2017. Executive Studio need to have the washing machine and drying machine for clothes at ground floor and not inside the room. Slightly not convenient. Pay attention. If pay a little bit more for 1 Bedroom rooms, all facilities are within the room. Liverpool is slightly not good for going out after 8 pm. Liverpool is slighly in sub-urbans but still have fun going to visit Paramatta, Cabramatta (Vienames / Chinese town), Fairfield, Strathfield (Korean town). About 1 hour to Central and Circular Quay. WiFi limit to 200MB per day. Better to have free WiFi.

The property looks good,general cleanliness is okay except the bathroom which I think requires good scrubbing as I could see some mouldy spots. There was music noise nearby which really disturbed my sleep.

It's so near the metro and there's so much halal food around. Not to mention Westfield Liverpool is just a short walk down and there's so much to shop and dine there. EV parking is available too and it's free!! I will definitely come back here again 100%

Quest is a fabulous Hotel. Staff superb. Room was excellent. Clean in all aspects. Very generous shower with great water pressure.great. Kitchenette has everything you need for your stay. It is however situated in a noisy part of the city. Lots of small restaurants around but forget pubs if that’s what you like.

Totally Functional, comfy bed, kind staff, great shower, clean but nothing fancy. The only gripe I had is the TV offering is pretty sad, its 2025 connect your tvs to the internet!

Everything was great, staff was wonderful. Room and ammenities were great, except for the mattress 😕 My husband found it too hard and uncomfortable. I loved the sheets though - I’m very partial to good sheets 👍

Facility was great, had our room cleaned every day of our 5days stay, our flight landed in SYD early (9am) and we were able to check in early at no extra costs, this was a deal breaker for me given we were tired and just needed a rest after a 45mins delayed with our flight before landing, staff members are always helpful and made it so effortless to cater to our needs and requests. Mohamed made us feel at home and always ensuring that we had everything that we needed. Should I visit SYD again, I would definitely stay here, everything is within close proximity and the hotel is situated in a great area, with only a 5min walk to public transport. Thank you!

The property is decent but not clean. Our bed still has residue of hair from the previous occupants. Same in the bathroom.

Close to trains and place is well equipped

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient and "The room was very comfortable and clean"with all the kitchen amenities . Just love the stay with Quest and hope to get back again .

Motel is amazing, a little difficult to check due to lack of on street parking, and finding the carpark is a bit tricky after check in, but can't fault the rest of the stay.
