We were directed from the reception to a free standing building to the left. We got ready and left to join family for dinner, on our return, the corridor to our room stunk of cigarette smoke, the door on the left to our door, was ajar and I believe that the smoke was coming from there. As we entered our room, it stunk as well!! I called reception and they came up straight away, but we don't know what was done about it. Our bed was the best thing about this place, it was large, comfortable, but didn't have a doona cover, just another sheet over it. The room was spacious, however, stains all over the yukky dated green carpet, the first thing I saw upon entering was about 4-5 holes in the walls, and bathroom sliding door was dirty, I hope not feces! The families next door to us and adjacent, went in and out of the the room doors, slamming them, and talking loudly in the hallway, about 50-100 times, up and down to their cars. I really wondered what was going on. This continued into the night about 11.30 pm. I will never stay here again, and I write my honest review, to let others know of my experience.

The room wasnt ready when we arrived, so we got a super late check-out til 12pm at no charge and a free complimentary drink for each of us staying over

Room was great, walking distance to shops

Easy to find. The room was big, had everything needed, except missing forks. Very quiet at night. A little bit dated. Bed was very soft.

Very clean and comfortable room, (32) tap in bathroom and shower head were both loose, toilet roll holder was loose. Pleasant room, at a fair price.

Was ok for the price, found an ear plug on the floor next to bed which was a bit yuck. Also the so called tarot card reader in room 20 at the end seemed to have way to many 2 minute visitors at all hours of the night which wasn’t great to be near and hear at all hours especially with kids in our room as well.

Reasonably clean, a few items in the bathroom needed maintenance.

Found a kids drink under the bed and dried fruit on the ground which the cleaners missed. Comfy beds

Check in was convenient, so was driving into the parking area and finding a spot to park the car. The rooms looked tidy and clean, but there were some spider webs at the entrance door of the room, on the ceilings, around bed and corners of the room, although it wasn't a major issue. It was nicely quite and we liked the peaceful atmosphere of it.

Last minute stay. So accommodating with the 2 adults coming at different times. They were accommodating in giving us a later checkout and were really easy to deal with.

Hotels.com and Trip Advisor both had very good reviews. Dont know who those people might be but this hotel is old/run down, dirty carpet, filthy laundry room and NOISY.
