Shower rack in the wrong place it was on the side,had no room to move it made the shower smaller than it was .it would of been better if it was straight in front on the wall where the shower head was.

Easy stay with great staff, good buffet breakfast and easy parking. Will come back again!

Very good

Good things: breakfast is very good, we really enjoy it. Not so good things: curtain in the shower is dirty and moldy (definitely it doesn't cost a lot to replace this curtains), jacuzzi is dirty (dirty corners all around the tab), sauna also looks very much used. Showers for males under renovation and it is no place for males to clean themselves before entering swimming pool and jacuzzi.

They don’t clean the rooms, there’s dust everywhere. The room was run down. Hotel staff need a hospitality refresher or perhaps a need of an attentive floor manager. Restaurant not always open, even coffee service needs to wait for operating hours. Housekeeping only available during the day. That’s probably why they don’t clean properly.

Staff were fabulous. Very helpful and friendly. Price of the room was very reasonable. The rooms are huge.

Loved the living area amongst the tall trees

The bathrooms are looking tired with missing shelves in shower etc. The aircon is loud and rattles a lot. Otherwise a great stay!

I have mixed feedback from my recent 3-night stay at Rydges Canberra, where I also hosted a function. First, the positives: a huge thank you to Liz, Donna, and the bar staff – they were fantastic! Friendly, accommodating, and professional, they really helped make the function a success. On this side of things, I couldn’t have asked for better service. Unfortunately, my experience with the room service/cleaning was very disappointing. On the first morning, the bed wasn’t made, the pillows were left exactly as I had left them, dirty cups were not cleaned, and the bathroom bench wasn’t tidied. On the second day, the situation got worse: dirty cups and spoons remained in the room, the door sign was left on the floor, rubbish wasn’t emptied, and the bed was poorly made. I took photos to document the lack of cleaning, and several of my colleagues who stayed at the hotel had similar complaints about the cleanliness of their rooms. I travel often for both business and leisure, and I have never experienced this level of inconsistency in room service before. It seems clear that the housekeeping staff have not been properly trained in maintaining rooms to the expected standard. It’s a real pity because I would happily give this hotel a 5-star review based on the function team and hospitality staff alone. However, the poor standard of room cleanliness really let the experience down.

Great room. breakfast was great, safe motel the kids loved the pool.

It was good accommodation we will be Staying there again next time staying in Canberra it is close to Manuka oval which is good for us

Bar fridge not working in room. TV /netflix not working in room. Shower water flooding floor/ safe not working in room.

Rooms are very dated needs upgrade and detail clean of the room. Carpets old and worned out.

Freezing cold room needed maintenance to get heated by which time we were sick. Staff nonchalant except in hitting you for charges like $25 a day parking and oblivious to room issues.

Loved the chance for a swim but top step in pool needs repair, break with sharp edges. Also needs something to assist older people out, perhaps higher hand rails as the knees aren't as powerful as previously. Over all great stay, needed R and R after trip. Worked perfectly 👌

Comfortable bed and nice room. Couldn't adjust air conditioning so had a very warm sleep and felt claustrophobic. Other than that a beautiful building and easy parking.

Great for families

Missing pavers at entrance which led to tripping and hurting ankle, poor housekeeping, bed not made well 2 days in a row and very late servicing the room.
