This hotel is clean and closely located to the new Victoria Cross Metro station. We enjoyed our stay - the only complaint was staff were a little slow to react. We had someone park in a thoroughfare in the carpark so larger cars could not exit and it took over an hour to have resolved.

Great value property and if you dont mind walking its only about 2.5 km across the harbor bridge to the city centre. A beautiful walk. Rooms spacious . On arrival at night , did find the entrance a little confusing as a driveway to the foyer is up a lane way behind another high rise. On weekends very quiet area as a business district but through week much busier. Close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Room wasn’t cleaned at all for the whole stay even after requesting multiple times, we had to leave for 2 hours with our children as per their request then returned to find that only bed sheets were changed.

Affordable, spacious room. Lost a star because vanity had smeared makeup, and window near corridor had collection of dead bugs. Should be cleaner. Also bed was very loud, and pillows were really high and uncomfortable. Otherwise a great stay, very central.

My only complaint is that the A/C didn't seem to be cooling the room; however, was offered an upgrade. Also, upon arrival, we were told that the underground parking was full and was directed to alternate parking off-property. When we weren't able to find the parking, the front desk did allow us to park on-site so it was much appreciated. Buffet breakfast was great with a lot of choices although the sections didn't change from day to day. Loved the bed and pillows - so comfortable!
