駅やバス停は部屋から見えるくらい近くのようでした。屋内プールは水温が低く少し寒かったけど、スパがあってバスタオルも用意があり、快適でした。 サウナも二種類ありました。 チェックインが2時のはずが掃除が終わらないとのことでロビーで30分待たされました。 しかしチェックアウトが11時なので仕方ないのかもしれません。 金額にしては良いホテルだと思います。

The room was clean and comfortable, though some traffic noise could be heard as it faced the main road. The air conditioning wasn’t working initially but was promptly fixed once reported. The restaurant experience was pleasant overall, though a little below expectations for the price — the steak was quite firm, while the salmon was nicely cooked but the skin could have been crispier. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and appreciated the friendly, attentive staff. With a few small improvements to the dining and soundproofing, it could be an excellent choice for future visits.

Breakfast was ordinary , empty baya maries , staff running around, disorganized, other than that it was a pleasant experience

No complimentary water

While the hotel was nice, I had problems with flying roaches in my room. When I politely notified the staff, they acted like this was normal and told me they would clean my room. I went about my business for the day and returned to a clean room, but another roach in my bathroom. Once again I politely and discreetly reported it to the staff and once again they acted like it was normal. No offer to change my room. No offer of a complimentary drink or any sort of compensation for my inconvenience. I went to dinner and on my return I asked the manager about my room and was assured the roach was taken care of. Then I asked how this would happen and they stated these come thrpugh the drain. One would think that if they knew this, the drains would not be such that a 4 inch long by 1 inch wide roach could fit through the drain. Visitors be warned that if you are not comfortable with the possibility of roaches being in your room, do not stay here!

Great option to stay here when going to shows at Olympic Park.

I have always choose the Rydges, however the Rosehill location is one I will never stay at again due to the noise from the road and the over soft bed. The staff were amazing at check in! 5 stars to them.

Staff were fantastic and the check in and check out process was so fast and easy. Let down by our room not have a cover for the quilt, it was just put in between two sheets, and then there was no actual “top sheet” between us and the “quilt cover”. Bed was fine but pillows were terrible. Nothing in the mini fridge in the room except some small milk containers for tea/coffee. Room is a little dated and it wasn’t easy trying to find information about wi-fi. TV wasn’t easy to use to get off the welcome screen. Only way to access the hotel information was scanning a QR code that would pop up for a few seconds in the tv welcome screen, then you had to wait for it to cycle through again (nothing physically in the room that could be scanned - had to use the tv). It was convenient, but it wasn’t worth the price we paid and feels like it was just missing things to make things easier for guests within the room.

The room was clean and suited our needs for 3 people. The pool and spa was great. Having the option of parking was great having to pay on top of our accommodation fee was not.

Stayed here 10 years ago for the GF and was perfect, this time around room, felt out of date and unclean (dusty). Kids said the pool was freezing also, little disappointing...

Aircon doesn’t work. No fan in bathroom. Cockroach in bathroom. Under sheet mattress protector is hotter than the sun guaranteeing a sleepless night. Bar was understaffed. Scrambled eggs for breakfast is like rubber and was left on every guests plate.

Great location to Accor Stadium

I generally enjoy staying at Rydges Parramatta, however in this instance there were few misses. 1. Lousy housekeeping: The room door was open at arrival, and the towel, pillow, bath mat looked someone used and just folded back. (Upon inquiring, I was given a different room). 2. Additional charge for unknown reason: I was charged $35 post checkout for an unknown reason. There was no invoice sent or a call to discuss anything. I will call to ask, but I shouldn’t have to.
