Every thing was just easy. The one person we were impressed with was the receptionist called Karen, so helpful. Definitely on our list to come back again

Great location Great food

Service from the staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful with any needs. The property itself has seen better days. Could do with a make over. But the room was generally clean, and comfortable. Sadly you can hear a lot of traffic noise

had a good room with great facilities. breakfast was in a good part of the motel and food was plentiful

Food options were basic pub food

I was upgraded to a ‘city view’ room that in fact was the noisiest of the building being on the corner of the building facing the 8 lane main road. The breakfast took an hour to cook an omelet. Room service was good.

Loved it all

The accomodation area including corridors was tired and needed a refit. The room was comfortable. Parking, they wanted paid separately via a scan and separate payment which was inconvenient. Not really up to the usual Rydges standard.

Restaurant was closed. Some snack bar available and some room service. The bar is soulless. Need to vacuum corridors. Reasonable price though of 200.

The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, shout out to Alexander, Jade and Karen on the helpful information provided. However, there was empty body wash bottle in the shower for the days we were there, the opening and closing of the room doors with a loud bang wasn’t really relaxing the first night we stayed. Mostly enjoyable, comfortable bed and a good breakfast spread. Unsure if I will pay that price again but I do understand it was during holiday period.

Lovely clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Public transport just around the corner. Highly recommend staying here and will return again

Lovely hotel, noise was only issue from trafice and construction

Great hotel if you are going to the rosehill races.

Dirty and untidy. Well overpriced as well. Sinks didn’t work properly in room and toilet wouldn’t flush in my bathroom. Would never Stay in this hotel again.

Easy access from the highway. Undercover parking available for additional cost. Did not like the dirty windows

To be honest I was a bit disappointed with the stay at this property, the staff seemed disinterested, to the point that we asked for another cup and spoon in our room as there was three people staying and only two cups, but this never eventuated. The remote disappeared from our room when the cleaner was in, I asked repeatedly for a remote, the two that were supplied never worked even though I was assured they would, then remarkably when we were out the remote reappeared (it was the original remote as the black tape on the back was the same), and it was the original remote. The aircon would continuely switch itself off. The room was very dusty, and we found rubbish around the furniture from previous guests. The restaurant was closed which was not relayed to us. Also, there was no phone in our room, the staff at the front desk insisted that there was one on our desk... Alas no phone... One of our other friends who stayed in the same hotel had cockroaches crawl over them in the middle of the night...

Staff were nice and courteous, lobby was welcoming and had a lovely decor. The room we had was spacious and clean, aircon was working really good. However, the mini-fridge wasn’t working property, the wardrobe auto-lighting on one of the doors wasn’t working, both the bathroom sink drain and the shower drain weren’t draining properly. The sofa bed mattress could do with a replacement, you can tell it had its days.

A tad outdated and self service check in and out detracts a bit from the experience.
