サンドキャッスルズ・オン・ザ・ブロードウォーター

洗濯機と乾燥機が常備されていますが洗濯槽の中は綺麗とは言えない。115号室だったが設備としては少し古いかなという感じでした。立地としては道路を渡ってすぐに海でシーフードのお店もあり便利だった。アウトレットも車で5分ぐらい。パシフィックフェアは迷子になるくらい巨大だ。ゴールドコーストはレンタカー必須です。

オーストラリアを2週間ほど旅して、最後に3泊ステイしました。アパートメント型のホテルなので、部屋も十分に広いし、洗濯機や食器など一式揃っているので、旅の疲れを癒しながら現地に住んでいるかのような感覚で快適に過ごせました。8月（現地の冬）でしたが、プールは温められていてジャグジーもあるので、子供が何度も庭のプールで遊ぶことができ、また近所の海岸沿いには公園もあったり、ゆっくり過ごすにはちょうどいいタイプのホテルでした。　注意点としては、クルマで到着した時に荷物を下ろす前に、Receptionに行って、チェックインしてから部屋下のガレージまで移動するのが楽です。（私の場合はそれを知らずに、荷物を下ろして階段を上ったりして大変でした。）

サーファーズの喧騒からすこし離れた落ち着いた場所で、目の前は波が穏やかな内海の泳げるビーチで、最高にきもちのよいロケーションでした。長期滞在の方にはすごしやすいところだと思います。ホテル周辺の道路が工事中で、少し荒れた感じがしたのと、シャワーの水圧が弱いのが難点でした。

After hours check-in was easy and staff were courteous. Our room unfortunately wasn’t very clean and maybe a better dishwasher detergent should be provided so kitchen pots, pans etc are cleaned properly. ( we went out and bought electric frypan, kettle and a decent detergent. Washing machine was full of mould, so that needed cleaning before using. I would suggest a certain standard of furniture to be maintained for the rooms that are

Our overall experience was good, the reception staff were fantastic and gave helpful information. Cleaning was a little lacking and we would have found it useful to have a set of tongs in the kitchen a scrubbing brush for dishes and possibly a couple of face cloths which we ended up buying. We had a lovely stay though so just a few minor tweaks

Great size apartment and pool area great .Had everything you could need in the unit .My only thing was it could have been cleaner .

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was a good size offering 2 outdoor balcony seating areas and a spa. The pool area and BBQ area were great. The apartment itself is a bit tired and could do with a refresh, and a deep clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming and communicated the late check in procedure well making our arrival smooth.

We had a great experience at sandcastles its our go to every year as we travel to goldcoast every year. We have never had a bad experience at this property the kids love the pool the location is close to alot of different restaurants and the beach.

We recently stayed here with my in-laws and had a mixed experience. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment, and they had originally booked a 1-bedroom but were given a complimentary upgrade to a 2-bedroom. Their apartment looked recently updated and matched the photos online, while ours felt quite dated in comparison. The carpets and blankets didn’t feel particularly clean, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the apartment was very spacious, which made it manageable and comfortable staying with two young children. The location was also excellent—close to the theme parks and Harbour Town, which was super convenient. Parking, however, was an issue for us. Our hire van was too tall to fit in the underground parking, and finding a spot on the street was extremely difficult. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs. The location and space were great, but the difference in room quality and parking challenges took away from the overall experience.

The owners were lovely to speak to and was always helpful when we needed something. Couldn’t fault our time there.

Loved the clean and well maintained pool and bbq area. The view from the room was fantastic. Better attention to cleanliness in the room woud of made the stay better

Great communication, lovely managers onsite at reception. Spacious, clean, simple but lovely family friendly accommodation. Great pool as well!

The staff member at check in was friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, amd we were lucky enough to have a room with water views and a balcony to have dinner and watch the summer storms roll in. Even though it is situated near the highway, we could not hear any traffic noise inside, nor noise from any other apartment. The room was clean and spacious. It is close to shops and not far from the centre of Surfers Paradise. The amenities such as the pool and gym are great as is the allocated parking spot. The only thing that would make it better would be a lift so that people who are unable to walk up stairs could stay. We enjoyed our visit, and would be happy to stay again.
