The staff member at check in was friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, amd we were lucky enough to have a room with water views and a balcony to have dinner and watch the summer storms roll in.
Even though it is situated near the highway, we could not hear any traffic noise inside, nor noise from any other apartment.
The room was clean and spacious. It is close to shops and not far from the centre of Surfers Paradise.
The amenities such as the pool and gym are great as is the allocated parking spot.
The only thing that would make it better would be a lift so that people who are unable to walk up stairs could stay.
We enjoyed our visit, and would be happy to stay again.

We had 2 apartments for ourselves and family, both apartments were very clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a long stay. Nice out look towards the beach. Also had a swimming pool and free underground car park.

Property old, tired and lacked storage of clothing and luggage. Cleanliness and maintenance does not match the price. No lifts from carpark to apartment. We requested an apartment with less flight of stairs but did not get one.

Sandcastles Apartments are great for a family holiday. The pool is amazing, the grounds are well kept, the ladies on reception are fantastic and the location is good if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of Surfers but close enough to everything. I would stay here again but I would request a different apartment. We had a ground floor apartment right on the main road and it was very noisy, especially cars taking off from the traffic lights late at night right outside our bedroom. The apartment was also in need of some refurbishments and repairs. We did get this apartment at a great price for the week so that may have been taken into account and I would say that the value outweighed the negatives. All in all, great stay on the Gold Coast! Thank You!

We had a great time with my family in the 3 bedroom spa apartment was very spacious and comfortable for a 5 day getaway very close to the shops and dining areas great location. Beautiful pool and bbq area aswell. Lady at the reception was veey helpful also and accomidating with late check in. Thank you

We booked at Sandcastles on the Broadwater as it was close to where my daughter lived. Lovely clean units that have aged a little, but suited our purpose as we needed the three bedroom. However it doesn’t have an elevator and if coming up from the garage where your car is parked, it’s four flights of stairs. Doesn’t sound like much, but it is when lugging up your bags. Also no rubbish chute. So the same when you have to removed all of your rubbish throughout your stay. The only other thing is the traffic noise, at times it can be very loud. Other than that, staff are lovely, you can hire beach towels that save you packing one and it’s located in a good area. It’s close to supermarkets, pubs, cafes and Harbour town is about a five minute drive for all your shopping needs.

This was an older complex , showing some signs of tiredness. Having said that it is in a good location with easy access to parking and to the unit. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing that needs attention is the beds as the mattresses are probably a little over their use by.
We would stay here again as it is good value.
