Great room quite large , spa bath awesome , easy to use kitchen

Well appointed set up , everything you needed supplied

Accessible room was spacious car park right outside the room which was convenient. Did need extra hooks or bench space in the bathroom as it was lacking.

Stayed many times, friendly staff

Clean, quiet, easy check in. would be nice to have a chain lock to the inside of the entry door for extra security.

It had a bit of an unfortunate smell

A great option for a couple of nights away! Room was spacious and in a lovely part of town. Part of a hotel but we couldn’t hear any noise.

The manager wasn’t happy that we had been held up in traffic and even though we phone to say we were late, we received an icy reception. The room was large but felt like we were staying in a store room. A mismatch of furniture and uncomfortable bed and couch were a feature. Luckily they left fly spray so we could deal with the blow flys. Bathroom fittings were sparse and heater light didn’t work. There are other accommodation in Ballarat that would be a better option.

The staff were lovely upon checking in and out and the room for the most part was good. Great heating with the split system. The only thing I would note is that the bathroom (shower/bath area) probably needs a bit of a renovation. Definite signs of water damage especially with the floor between the two. Vanity and toilet side were fine though. Also, as someone from a different part of the state I struggled with the chlorine levels in the water as they are much higher than my area. Eyes were stinging like I’d gotten out of a pool when showering. This isn’t the accommodations fault but it’s worth noting. All in all my stay was good but definite room for improvement

Set right back, a separate unit, very private and quiet. A nice little private courtyard. The bed is so comfy A very nice unit

Property was nice. There were a few minor property condition issues but nothing to upset our stay. Room was as pictured. Room was advertised with room service available but there was not. Other than toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap there were no toiletries such as shampoo conditioner or sanitary desposal bags

Older property but clean & comfortable. Undercover off street parking for each room. Walking distance to public transport, shopping, restaurants & nightlife. Overall very pleasant stay, thank you.

I have stayed at Seymours on many occasions. The on-site manager is always very welcoming, efficient and helpful. The room I stayed in on this occasion (as with past rooms on past occasions) was spacious, clean and very well resourced. I will happily stay again at Seymours in Ballarat when I am next in town. Thank you.

Good location. Nice bar nextdoor.

There was a watermark on the ceiling. The bathroom grout at the base was dirty/ moldy. There was a lot of masking tape in places around the bathroom and the shower door didn't close properly. There was a lot of obvious repairs to the bathroom tiles with visible wall plugs The entrance door needed to be pulled shut. The netting curtains on one window fell down when the main curtains was pulled open. The TV in the bedroom didn't work (didn't have time during office hours to tell the manager) Other than the bathroom and ceiling the room was clean and beds comfortable. Would rate it 3 stars.
