比較的空いていたが、部屋が3階だったため、荷物を移動するのに多少時間がかかりました。

ペンギンパレードを見る為宿泊しました。ペンギンパレードの場所までは車で45分くらいの場所です。海が見えロケーションは良いです。子供の遊ぶスペースやプールなどありとても良かったです。

Check in was slightly delayed, but overall it was a reasonable stay. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite outdated, very dusty and the tabletops were not clean. The outdoor BBQ was extremely unhygienic, so we were unable to use it, which impacted our stay. Reception advised that the apartments are privately owned, so the condition of each apartment may vary. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel the online photos accurately reflected the apartment we stayed in. It would also have been helpful if dishwashing detergent and a sponge had been provided, particularly for washing baby bottles and dishes. The washing machine also appears to need cleaning, as it left a white tissue like residue on our clothes. Aside from these issues, the apartment had enough essentials for a weekend stay and the location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions and facilities.

The buffet breakfast was great. The room wasn’t too bad, no plug for the bath and reception couldn’t offer one that fits which is a big deal when you have a toddler who likes to have a bath. The gym is very basic, only one weight machine. The spa didn’t work properly on the first day and wasn’t fixed during the 3 night stay. The barbeque they offer for each room was great though.

Good and cozy rooms with a relaxing view and ambience.Realky enjoyed the stay and the everything about the place as it is safe too.

The swimming pool was not heated up for the first 2 days and and the kids didnt really enjoy it since they only swim once once, and the breakfast should be longer since people keep missing out.

Room is good. I generally book this property so that i can access swimming pool. I have done over 100+ days bookings at this resort in last 2 years. But i had few unusual experiences. On Thursday 14th, i was using pool at 9:30pm, a person from the staff came and asked me to go because he wanted to close, even though pool closing time was 10pm. I though it was unprofessional and insulting. I was given a reason that bookings were less so closing early. Secondly, i have been asking every time to allot room in village green area, they usually used to say that we have noted but even after rooms are underbooked they won't allot room in village green, not sure if there is any reason.

The room was as described. I didn’t anticipate the two flights of stairs to the room, though, so taking a suitcase was a bad idea. The heating element to the indoor pool broke after the first night, so we had two more days of either a freezing outdoor pool, or a slightly less freezing indoor pool (the sole reason I booked this accommodation is for the two pools!). I was disappointed to find that there wasn't communal washing/drying facilities for the single rooms, as our towels from pool use did not have a chance to dry due to the lack of sun/warmth. So if you plan to make the most use of the pool, pack extra beach towel.

The whole resort was wonderful

My 8 and 10 years old boys loved the resort. They enjoyed the big trampolines, indoor pool and playing tennis. It’s so family friendly. We had breakfast at cafe in the town to save money, but the breakfast buffet at the resort was cheaper.

We spent two nights. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very spacious and clean. The only issues were that a dining room chair had a very wobbly leg that could have caused an accident and the oven would not heat up.

Comfortable quiet room. Carpet needs to be replaced. Four EV chargers, no waiting.

The pictures are outdated. The room was warm out. The shower water was cold. Not enough shampoo etc was left for 4 people. Outside area was not clean. When reported to reception nothing was done about it, no reasonable refund was offered. Cold shower just is not acceptable. Queen bed felt like a double bed size, it was small. Only good thing was the view. Spa water was too hot. Steam room was too hot. Could not enjoy amenities

Easy check in process, wonderful facilities.

Dirty, outdated, severely over priced, no water pressure what so ever. Do not recommend at all.

The location is superb, I’ve stayed a few times, whilst the rooms are great in size - they could do with a makeover, new carpets, couches & bathroom / shower area would definitely elevate the room experience. The indoor pool area is good, would suggest a high pressure clean, some signs of dirt build up etc.
