Very goo place to stay, good facilities location.

菲利普岛的入口，适合看企鹅后尽早休息，酒店风景很好

Very nice resort with reasonable price. Near Phillip Island and offer late check in services.

A very clean new hotel. Large playground for kids. The only thing is there are gap between curtain, so beware when getting changed. Worth the money

there are so many ants in the kitchen and the BBQ site area. the resort facilities is perfect like the swimming pool, the basketball site..etc.

Resort 房間好漂亮，環境很好，好舒服，小朋友好喜歡。由於我們是自駕遊，要注意under 7歲要用car seat . Resort 近Philip Island ，所以方便去睇小企鵝。 Resort 附近有IGA supermarket 好方便，可以買餸返去煮,又可以享受下間酒店。 唯一為中不足就是早上10時check out,即是香港時間8時。

Great resort had everything you need to not even need to leave... Unable to sit on thw balcony due to the amount of moths around and not able to opej windows or doors as there were no screens... just small things but overall waa relaxing and great atmosphere.

Still a nice and tranquil

Hired a room for one night. Noise from neighboring room started at about 1am. Smell from their cooking was drifting in our room and wasn't pleasant. Seemed like there was no sound proofing between rooms. We left in the middle of the night and slept in car. Called reception the next morning to mention the issues. No compensation. Will not ever go back.

Very nice room, clean, spacious, well equipped, awesome view. Ample onsite allocated parking including visitor bays, onsite bar and dining options. Staff always available and approachable.

Family friendly environment, clean apartment. We initially had problems with check in due to the room not being available, eventually checked in just before 5pm which was very late. They compensated us by giving us vouchers for drinks and allowed us to check out at 12. Worked out well and were happy

We really liked the view from our three-bedroom apartment and the location was great. The kids’ playing area was also very good, which was a big plus for our family. However, the property seriously needs a deep clean. Unfortunately, we found fresh blood stains on our bedsheets on the first night, which showed that the bedding had not been properly changed for new guests. The floor and the balcony were also very dirty. With better cleaning standards, this place could be much better

The amenities of the resort were great and very comfortable. The 3 bedroom apartment was very comfortable for our family of five and was well appointed.

Room was mostly comfy. Sofa bed wasn't great for sleeping on, and looked dated. The carpet was stained, a drawn curtain was missing. Power outage overnight wasn't good enough to be honest, and no explanation was given, not were we asked if we had managed with no power or a/c. Over priced for what was on offer.

Lots of issues with cleanliness of the room, despite multiple attempts to get this resolved by us phoning messaging and going in person to the reception the cleaning was not completed.

We enjoyed the stay being close to Phillip Island but our room was quite grotty and needs a good deep clean. There was mould in the bathrooms and cobwebs and spiders within the apartment itself. Additionally the door latch was broken and missing from our main entry door. Also note that this is not a serviced hotel apartment which was my oversight so any cleaning including towels and linen change is at an additional cost.

Rooms are in need of a furniture upgrade and general cleanliness was average.
