The staff were helpful and responded to a request from us promptly. Location is handy being, in the centre of town. The property is very dated and could do with a major upgrade, especially the bathroom.

Loved backdoor access to mall with a key. Lovely room, very clean and well serviced. Front door access at night difficult, need doorbell. Gate should be locked for safety when accessing carpark and lift.

The first room we occupied had a bathroom that needed a huge upgrade. The bathroom in the second room was not as tired looking. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Apart from the laundry, which was good, we did not use any of the hotel's ammenities.

Vi var mycket nöjda med detta boende. Rent, fräscht och en trevlig personal som uppgraderade oss till bättre standard då rummet vi bokat inte överensstämde med bilderna. Mycket nöjda. Tack!

Lovely hotel. Very basic but good for the price. The best part were the staff. Friendly and efficient and they remembered that I was hiking the Larapinta trail and made sure to ask me how it was when I returned. A lovely touch.

Fine for an overnight stay. I particularly appreciated the nice coffee/tea tray. The internet went out and there were few electrical outlets to plug in devices. No lift to the second floor, which was a bit odd. But clean and comfy bed.

Central location in Alice Springs. We stayed one night before leaving for Uluru Room was a good size and comfortable We were able to leave a bag with them for a few days WiFi was intermittent at best

This hotel is in city center. No sleep at all due to fights with aborigines both in hotel and on the street. I do not recommend single women stay here. Dangerous to go out of hotel. Stay near the Hilton or Crowne hotels for safer accommodations.
