This is in a great location right in the town. Very convenient. It's comfortable with a nice bed, aircon The only 2 issues we had The first is the shower was a little dirty. The other issue was the shouting and arguing by the local people in Todd mall almost every night. This is no fault of the hotel, but something to note. After a few days we got used to it.

The hotel was ok to stay in. The rooms were nice, great water pressure, conveniently located. We chose this hotel because it was the pickup point for our tour. Our only complaint (actually, my wife's, not mine) was that the carpeting in our room was old and stained. We were told by several people not to go out at night because Alice Springs is not safe. We googled it, that is true, it is the 18th most dangerous city in the world. But that is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel has a nice Italian restaurant attached to it, so there really is no need to go out at night.

I chose this hotel because it was central and it had good reviews. However on my arrival I found my room dark and gloomy and when I drew the curtains I was facing a concrete wall. The lift is out of the hotel across a car park and was absolutely filthy the pool is completely covered by a metal roof therefore also very dark and gloomy with some faded frayed Astroturf around it and a few tables and chairs certainly not somewhere you would wish to just spend a bit of downtime. The restaurant is accessed through the car park and the back door into the Terrace However the food was good and the staff were super friendly. I think the photos on the website are extremely misleading whilst the facilities in the room were good tea, coffee biscuits et cetera it was extremely shabby. I had some black mould on my ceiling and damp patches on the wall therefore I checked out the following day and found a different hotel.

Unit surroundings are noisy both at night and early morning, when people are still sleeping. Toiletries not supplied constantly. Plus point: counter staffs are very friendly, providing very helpful information, and also provide out of ordinary aids in terms of transportation

Average stay. The staff were friendly and everything was in serviceable condition, but they didn’t change my sheets for the entire stay. I guess you have to ask specifically for that. The guest and free wifi both constantly dropped out though, at least once a day, but usually more. The number of cars that will be using the parking area isn’t actively restricted so if you’re parking later in the day you risk not getting a secure parking space.

We liked the motel all round, the only picky little thing was the shower head was hitting me between the shoulder blades and I’m just 6ft tall. Would stay there again.

The hotel is downtown Alice Springs. Lots of people roaming around. Door to our room did not seem to be sufficient for security, window to the bathroom was likely permanently open, although high off the ground, not secure. When we walked around the block into the city, there seem to be police and Rangers and security everywhere. We did not encounter any incidents but decided to change hotels to a more secure resort

Good for resting and in the town centre

I only stayed here for 1 night because of a tour that I booked. The person who checked me in was very friendly. The room is nothing special and the window actually made a lot of sound. The security deposit was taking of of my account for which I called the hotel to ask them why since I know I left that hotel room the same way I found it. And they said they would arrange it as soon as possible. I got the refund back the same day which I'm glad about.

Please bear in mind that we had just come from a lovely modern apartment in Perth so walking into the hotel room was a bit of a disappointment. It was large and spacious with doors leading out onto a shared balcony and smoking area. Outside the room, was a lovely sitting area with BBQs. Toiletries, milk and tea/coffee was provided in the room with a kettle. A coffee pod machine with pods was also provided. Unfortunately we arrived during Australia day so not much was open.

The property was a pleasant surprise, convenient, hassle free destination and value for money 😊
