Exceptional View and facilities on point

Property need to do some serious house keeping. Furnitures in the living room has worn out and property is infested with crockroach. Will not come back again.

View was AMAZING, basically on the beach, pools/spa where great. Room very clean, great location close enough to city but far enough to be quiet. Highly reccomend

The facilities are not maintained. We booked a two bedroom unit and none of the three air conditioners worked. The ceiling fan and light in the main bedroom also did not work. The after hours help from Aquarius was disgusting, they lied and said a technician would attended to fix it, we waited over 2 hours and no technician ever arrived. We asked multiple times to transfer to a different room and no one would help us. We complained when checking out to the manager and she was rude and not interested in helping us, saying they do not guarantee working fans or air conditioning in the apartments. The manager also told us housekeeping had reported the issue before we had checked in so they are fully aware they are leasing properties without working fans / air conditioning. I would not recommend. There are plenty of apartments for the same price that have basic amenities like cooling available.

Stunning panoramic ocean view! Huge living room and very comfy. Floor to ceiling windows for great views from living area and both bedrooms. Property exactly as described. Pool, spa and steam room is nice. Easy access to the footpath along the beach. Not a lot of food/dining options within a couple blocks but walkable to Glink that can take you easily to Broadbeach with tons of dining or to Surfer Paradise with dining and shopping. We stay on Gold Coast alot and this is our FAVOURITE room due to the outstanding true beachfront property. If stellar ocean view with huge windows and doors that open so you can hear the ocean waves appeals to you, then this is your room.

Pleasant surprise to book the cheaper "city view" room and be greeted with a stunning view of the ocean from the 33rd floor. Main part of surfers paradise was around 15minute walk; not close, but not far.

Fine stay. Good location and nice views. Tired furniture and the whole apartment needs an upgrade, but if you like the old of the larger sized apartments of the Gold Coast this is for you.

Awesome stay at Surfers Aquarius for 2 weeks. We were on the 20th floor, with amazing views of the water and city - we enjoyed watching the sunset on the balcony each night. Great location in between Surfers and Broadbeach. The receptionist was super lovely and helpful at every interaction. Secure parking underground meant car was safe. Everyone else staying/living at the apartments were friendly as well, leaving a very good overall experience. Kids loved bouncing between all the pool options, particularly the warmer indoor pools. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!

Surfers Aquarius is in a fabulous location. It's right on the beach for a quick swim and it has pleasant gardens for a picnic lunch or bbq. The indoor pool, sauna and steam bath are also great features. The rooms are modern-styled with a large fridge and food preparation space. The lounge and dining rooms areas are very large compared to other holiday apartments, which makes it very spacious. There are cafes, fast food and a classy Persian restaurant within short to medium walking distances and its only a short drive from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

I liked the apartment fantsastic views and the very modern. Receptionist at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Because of our great experience I have rebooked for next year. Thankyou
