Staffs are very nice and helpful. Rooms are neat and tidy but only AC in living room, bedroom is quite hot while sleeping. Overall environment and location are great.

Great stay staff friendly apartment perfect Great for a family getaway

The room was very old and musty smelling. Cupboards hadn’t been opened. Very old I renovated room. Very different from the online photos which showed the renovated suites. Great location. Minimal staffing so hard to get information. Cockroach in one of the bedrooms was disgusting.

Superbe appartement très spacieux,bien agencé et avec une très belle vue sur la plage et la ville. Situé juste en face de la plage. Accés direct via le jardin de l'hotel. De superbes piscines interieures et extérieures. Entretien à revoir, l'appartement n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée.

The room was ok . 2/3 airconditioners werent working so we had to move mattresses to be able to sleep at night . Lounges were fabric and badly stained on the arms . Kitchen was big but had 3 teabags and no sugar for a 8 night stay . Staff were nice but were limited in what they can do - the owners have the final say . It was adequate but wouldn’t go back .

Excellent facilities, very quiet, excellent views!! Our family enjoyed the facilities available in the compound. Very clean, beautiful garden. We loved it! We definitely recommend this place!!!!!

Room was very bad condition, the furniture was very old and ripped, we were six people and there was only 4 dining chairs we did asked for two more didn't get it.

Exceptional View and facilities on point

Property need to do some serious house keeping. Furnitures in the living room has worn out and property is infested with crockroach. Will not come back again.

View was AMAZING, basically on the beach, pools/spa where great. Room very clean, great location close enough to city but far enough to be quiet. Highly reccomend

The facilities are not maintained. We booked a two bedroom unit and none of the three air conditioners worked. The ceiling fan and light in the main bedroom also did not work. The after hours help from Aquarius was disgusting, they lied and said a technician would attended to fix it, we waited over 2 hours and no technician ever arrived. We asked multiple times to transfer to a different room and no one would help us. We complained when checking out to the manager and she was rude and not interested in helping us, saying they do not guarantee working fans or air conditioning in the apartments. The manager also told us housekeeping had reported the issue before we had checked in so they are fully aware they are leasing properties without working fans / air conditioning. I would not recommend. There are plenty of apartments for the same price that have basic amenities like cooling available.

Stunning panoramic ocean view! Huge living room and very comfy. Floor to ceiling windows for great views from living area and both bedrooms. Property exactly as described. Pool, spa and steam room is nice. Easy access to the footpath along the beach. Not a lot of food/dining options within a couple blocks but walkable to Glink that can take you easily to Broadbeach with tons of dining or to Surfer Paradise with dining and shopping. We stay on Gold Coast alot and this is our FAVOURITE room due to the outstanding true beachfront property. If stellar ocean view with huge windows and doors that open so you can hear the ocean waves appeals to you, then this is your room.

Absolutely perfect stay. Great location veiws are beautiful. Facilities excellent. Id like to live there.

Pleasant surprise to book the cheaper "city view" room and be greeted with a stunning view of the ocean from the 33rd floor. Main part of surfers paradise was around 15minute walk; not close, but not far.

Fine stay. Good location and nice views. Tired furniture and the whole apartment needs an upgrade, but if you like the old of the larger sized apartments of the Gold Coast this is for you.
