適度な接客で、高層階の角部屋で自宅にいるかのように快適に過ごせました。 クローゼットの上の方のホコリは少し気になりました。 また、ゴールドコースト に行く時は　泊まりたいです。

I had a wonderful stay in here, beautiful view and very convenient place. I would like to come again.

お部屋も綺麗で広いしベランダもよかったです。バス停もtramも目の前で立地も申し分なし。ショッピングセンターも徒歩圏内ですよ。　

ブロードビーチというサーファーズパラダイスとは違って、落ち着いた所にあります。最初はバルコニーから海が見えない二階を紹介されましたが、もっと上にして欲しいと言ったら、海が見える9階にしてもらいました。お店も歩いて1、2分に色々な昔ながらの商店街がありました。交通の便も良く路面電車もホテルの目の前です。残念なのは、7泊もしたにも関わらずチェックアウトまで1日も掃除が入らない事です。じぶんでやって下さいという事でしょうか。あとバスタブがない事ですね。一階には水着を着れば入れるスパがありますが。 あと隣に建物を建設中でそれが出来ると、バルコニーからの景色が変わるかもしれません。

出かけたくなくなるほど快適な部屋で最高の景色にビーチやシティーが近いという最高のロケーションに恵まれたホテルです！

Great place

Reception were so welcoming. All of the staff were amazing. The room was pristine. Will not stay anywhere else moving forward. The location was absolutely ideal. No complaints at all.

Clean room

Room had a dirty stained couch. Curtains in bedroom need replacing as they are well worn with holes. There was no electricity on the last day so the bathroom was pitch black and we couldn’t shower. And on one night the tv had no signal so we couldn’t watch tv. The receptionist did offer us another room the day after we arrived but we had already unpacked and settled in. When one chooses accommodation you expect to get full services and expected conditions.

Good location , unpleasant stay Convenient location. Close to the tram stop, Broadbeach and the beach. Staff were good, amenities were okay, gym air conditioner was out of order and one of the two lifts were out of order a few times during our stay. Cons Owners pool party December 6 Packed with kids In the water all day , limited access for guests of the hotel. Went into the pool the next morning and the water was not clean. Same people and families from the owners party arrived again to access the pool the next day. This is just one of cons of a hybrid hotel/apartment complex. December 9th morning, some random guy knocks on the door at 8:30AM telling us about a drainage issue on the balcony. We had no idea about it and just told him that we are not sure. He came in had a look and left… Hotel staff never advised us. Overall ok.

The staff was nice. The room was not clean to our expectations. The garbage was not thrown out. The towel had so much lint falling out as we used it. But location was good.

Room spotless, staff friendly

The room had a huge range of appliances which came in handy during our stay. Facilities were very clean and the staff were super helpful. After hours check in was super smooth which was nice after a long day of travelling. Thank you!

Room was dated. Furniture was old. Bedding ok but minimal. Clothes airer rusted and in need of replacement

Great place to day, room was clean, easy to find and parking onside was easy to deal with, staff are great for booking, small walk to the shops and short dive to surfers Paradise
