Pros: 1. Convenient location, G-link is very close to hotel 2. Supermarket, restaurants near hotel 3. Great view 4. Enough space Cons: 1. No housekeeping unless 8 night stays

Really nice new apartment, nice view, good price, full equipment, but only one thing need improve is the blanket is fleece blanket, not comfort enough

The apartment was just what we needed. The receptionist was so rude and made us feel uncomfortable.

The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff were great and friendly. The pool and spa were lovely. Maybe some place mats would be nice as the table is glass and also some salt and pepper as I had to buy some.

Our appartment had no basic kitchen products,cleaning products or cooking oil, salt and peppar, only one tea towel, no paper towels, tinfold/gladwrap etc which you will find at most self contained apartments.

Close to restaurants beach. Great location. It was very clean.

The room wasnt that clean, we killeed several cockroaches over the 3 days there, the bathroom stank, and mould in the grout, disnt appreciate the constant messaging from them like removal all rubbish from the room or be hit with a cleaning bill, then next day return the keys of pay $50, we know to leave the keys 🔑

Spa was a little too hot, but that’s definitely not picking. Otherwise, our stay was great. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back 😊

We stayed at Synergy Broadbeach for 5 nights as a family. The location is good — walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants — and the jacuzzi was a great!. The staff were very friendly and welcoming overall. That said, the apartment was very small with an awkward layout that didn’t work well for a family. It felt cramped and not well thought-out. Also, after 4 days we asked for an extra shower gel and were told we’d have to pay for it — which felt a bit stingy considering the length of our stay. Overall, a mixed experience. Great location and amenities, but the apartment design and a few minor service details could be improved. Nice but not impressive

Staff were very helpful and friendly and loved the Spa pool.

The spa and pool were fabulous! The apartment didn’t have an iron/ironing board/hairdryer in the apartment. The staff member immediately got us these items without any trouble. She was only too happy to help. Overall our stay at Synergy was fantastic!
