I checked in at 2pm on a Saturday and there was no staff there, the front door was locked and I couldn't get to the front desk. I called to ask but they couldn't get to the front desk. They didn't understand I was outside and kept asking me the safe number even though the key was in the safe. Really annoying.

My 11year old son and I stayed the Grand Apartments for two weeks to go to English conversation school in Gold Coast. It has a nice kitchen, comfortable living room with two sofas and a big balcony with beautiful partial ocean view. I had to work with my PC on ZOOM during my stay, but no problem with wi-fi. Since it's reception closes after five, I had to call its support desk to get little information which was sometimes difficult, because calling in English can be hard for non native speakers. The guy on the phone wasn't very supportive. On the other hand, ladies at the reception were super nice and willing to help me which I appreciate it. Overall we had a wonderful time. We want to stay there again!!

Room cleanliness, window blind in bathroom would not work, upon check in noticed dining table had atleast 1 mm layer of dust. Carpet rug was not clean at all.

Pros: location, amazing and beautiful views, great outdoor pool and common area bbq. A very spacious penthouse apartment with spacious rooms and bathrooms. A few steps to the beach, restaurants, and bus stops. Cons: dirty chairs and very limited seating, dining table with paint peeling off. Outside seats are torn and terribly stained. Carpet is loose and worn. Very limited kitchen, only small electric appliances are: toaster, kettle and microwave, one thing in excess was plates. No teapot, no tea, coffee, sugar, salt pepper, etc provided. They only supply a single one time use dishwashing soap package, one single soap tab for dishwasher and one single package of laundry detergent and no garbage bags for a 7 day, 7 person rental and only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and two hotel sized shampoo and conditioner. (This rental only provides very basic needs, so one has to purchase everything.) No paper towels, only one cleaning cloth for dishwashing and two kitchen towels. Windows on balcony were not cleaned. Bbq in apartment was broken and unusable. Three hand towels, six bath towels, no beach towels (found out at the end is the stay that reception has beach towels) and one blanket per bed. Light bulbs were burned out and only one small light in the living room area, so was extremely dark inside at night. No cleaning supplies are provided. Jacuzzi in apartment was dirty & broken, and bathroom fans didn’t work, as well as light in hood fan.

Nice place, very easy late check in and early check out process. Staff are lovely!!

Spa not working, apartment was not cleaned pillows were terrible and had interesting Stains on them. Mould on the roof outdoor furniture old and rusty. Ocean view but was basically on the 4th floor in-front of the trees. No extra towels provided, very old tv with no options for Netflix or other channels. Dirty dishes no clean glassware. Pretty disappointing with our stay, we were looking forward to the spa for it to be out of use.

Parking was easy with underground safe and secure. Downstairs eating was great

The apartment was in an excellent spot. Friendly staff and fellow ppl we met at the property. Pool was very inviting. The view was beautiful.

We loved the huge self contained apartment with amazing water views. The meals at both Koconut Willy's and Three sixty restaurants were amazing. Also loved the beach walks and fresh seafood place next door. All staff were fantastic.

An Amazing Stay at the Grand Apartments, the view was Best Ever, so calming and relaxing. We will certainly return. Thank you soooooo much to All concerned. Best wishes.
