Perfect if you just want to relax when you arrive. Loved the spa and pools and the safety was a big plus. Defiantly return and highly recommend

Lovely renovated property with fabulous spas. Our dog friendly room was lovely. Usually those rooms are the worst rooms but here they were great. The managers really put a lot of care and love into the property. Even the handwash and soap was beautiful- little things like that so make a difference. A very secure property. I felt very safe there. Well done to the managers

Clean and comfortable (recently refurbished) with easy check in and out. Staff friendly and helpful. The artesian pool was great, if a little hot for us. Nice to be able to sit outside our room. Security was very tight, with codes to access the gates (in and out) and the room. A few cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Safe quiet location. Motel is going through renovations the budget room I got was good value but a bit older. Will be good when fully renovated.

Nice room with the famous artesian spa bath in house. Highly recommended.

I like that the amenities were clean and tidy. Think a fenced off leash arra for the dogs to play would be great!

Excellent location, safe parking and easy walk to restaurant. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. BONUS Artesian, relaxing pool. Definitely recommend this accommodation and will return.

The hot artesian pool is the reason to stay here. We had 2 rooms, one was good average, the other one was filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while. A new room was offered, which was good. It wasn't what you would call beautiful and inspiring though. We had returned to this motel for the hot pool. The place has only recently been taken over by new management. It is tired and in need of a remake. The restaurant that used to be part of the resort was also closed. Friendly and helpful new staff.

Great little place to stop overnight. Carpark is locked at night. Nice artisan spa. Friendly staff

The rooms are so old and very rundown condition and not worth how much.. hopefully the new owner does some renovations as the rest of the place is great and safe and amazing pool but it will be nice when the proper inside hot pools and sauna open and the nicer rooms

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were generally dirty with some needed maintenance eg leaking taps.

Old and the curtains don’t block out the lights that are on all night. The place wasn’t booked out and I paid for an upgrade, yet everyone seemed to be grouped together in a corner. People smoking outside their rooms yelling at kids in the pool. Very rough place

Received a very warm welcome from the manager. Had an amazing dinner at the Chinese restaurant that is on the premises and the waiter was very friendly and we got good prompt service. Then a swim in the artisan pool to relax and then a quiet nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly Manager with a dry sense of humour. Air con was on in our room when we arrived as it was a very hot day. The Artesian Pool was a blessing after a long day on the road. The Chinese Restaurant attached to the accomodation was delicious. Room was very clean and had a great night sleep.

Some maintenance issues around dripping tap in shower and leaking shower recess

The property is old, but clean. Provided everything we needed. Restaurant on site. Relief managers very helpful and positive. The town and area is worth a visit and understanding it’s history

The shower soap holder was broken dangerous there was mold around the shower . The air con wasn’t working well it was blowing out warm air .
