Clean and comfortable (recently refurbished) with easy check in and out. Staff friendly and helpful. The artesian pool was great, if a little hot for us. Nice to be able to sit outside our room. Security was very tight, with codes to access the gates (in and out) and the room. A few cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely renovated property with fabulous spas. Our dog friendly room was lovely. Usually those rooms are the worst rooms but here they were great. The managers really put a lot of care and love into the property. Even the handwash and soap was beautiful- little things like that so make a difference. A very secure property. The hot artesian pool is the reason to stay here. We had 2 rooms, one was good average, the other one was filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while. A new room was offered, which was good. It wasn't what you would call beautiful and inspiring though. We had returned to this motel for the hot pool. The place has only recently been taken over by new management. It is tired and in need of a remake. The restaurant that used to be part of the resort was also closed. Friendly and helpful new staff.

The rooms are so old and very rundown condition and not worth how much.. hopefully the new owner does some renovations as the rest of the place is great and safe and amazing pool but it will be nice when the proper inside hot pools and sauna open and the nicer rooms

Old and the curtains don’t block out the lights that are on all night. The place wasn’t booked out and I paid for an upgrade, yet everyone seemed to be grouped together in a corner. People smoking outside their rooms yelling at kids in the pool. Very rough place

Received a very warm welcome from the manager. Had an amazing dinner at the Chinese restaurant that is on the premises and the waiter was very friendly and we got good prompt service. Then a swim in the artisan pool to relax and then a quiet nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly Manager with a dry sense of humour. Air con was on in our room when we arrived as it was a very hot day. The Artesian Pool was a blessing after a long day on the road. The Chinese Restaurant attached to the accomodation was delicious. Room was very clean and had a great night sleep.
