ベイシック ホテル インスブルック

部屋が広く、眺望が良い

部屋も広く、ベッドも特大サイズでした。泊まった部屋が4階だったのでHafelekarが目の前に見えて最高のローケションでした。駅から少し距離がありますが、マルクト広場の停留所の前なので、便利でした。ただ、冷蔵庫があれば、満点でした。

Great hotel and high cost performance. It is a great location hotel. You can see the Alps on the north side.

予約者の中では遅くの到着（午後8時頃）のためか、日本人の風貌から判別できたのかは分らないが、チェックイン時にこちらか名乗る前に「○○様ですね、お待ちしていました」旨の出迎えを受け感激。

部屋が道路に面していて、夜寝られなかった。おまけに、エアコンがなく、外が涼しくなっても部屋内はムシムシしていた。レセブションも、通りいっぺんででした。

Tolles Zimmer und super Frühstück mit nettem Personal.

The staff particulary the young lady from Hungary was super. The room was decent and very clean. As the name Basic says it is basic. I did not eat the Breakfast but it appeared to be typical European. SUPER location to the Christmas markets, shops and restaurants. I would stay here again anytime.

Pro. Close to old town and Christmas Markets. Nice staff. Con. It’s basic. One pillow per bed and was unable to get more. Room was hot. And on a personal note we didn’t like the frosted glass walls for the bathroom.

freundliches Personal und schönes Zimmer

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got to Innsbruck very early in the morning and could not check in until 3 pm, but they allowed me to store my luggage so that I could go about my day. The room was clean and comfortable

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, perfekte Lage, bei geschlossenen Fenstern ruhig, nur bei gekipptem Fenster hört man natürlich die Straße

Altstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe, zum Frühstück vielleicht auch Brötchen anbieten. Sonst alles sehr gut!

Buon hotel in centro per visitare la città

There was a very bad sewage smell in the bathroom. It improved after running the shower. Other than that it was nice. The included breakfast was modest but good.

Although this hotel advertises 24 hour checkin, we couldn’t get card keys at the checkin kiosk ourselves and spent an additional 30 minutes on the phone with hotel employees to complete our checkin and receive key cards. The after hours checkin kiosk at no point mentioned that the croissant breakfast bar costs 10eur/person; we were also not told this by the manager when we came down and he welcomed us to breakfast the next morning. It was poor customer service to then charge us for breakfast at the end of our stay when this information was never relayed to us (the manager even took down our room number and should have had access to if our stay included breakfast or not). Hotel was clean, spacious, and conveniently located.

Wahrhaft Hotel mit Basis-Standard. Störend empfand ich, daß die Toilette nicht abgetrennt war, sondern nur durch einen Paravent. Sehr spärliches Croissant-Frühstück ohne Brot, Brötchen, Wurst oder Käse

Well located hotel, very clean, friendly staff, comfortable. A great all-round, great-value hotel.

Mukava pieni hotelli aivan vanhan kaupungin reunalla. Lähellä hyviä leipomoita ja kahviloita aamupalaa varten.
