Check‑in was very disappointing. I was the only guest waiting, yet the receptionist (blonde, curly hair) stayed on a phone call about a query on splitting a bill and did not acknowledge me for about 15 minutes. No eye contact, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. After a long journey, this felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it created a very poor first impression of the hotel.
Thankfully, other staff members were far better. Joe was the only person who actually welcomed us properly, and the cleaning lady on the third floor went out of her way to help me find an iron. Their kindness stood in sharp contrast to the front‑desk experience.
The room was small and basic, though the bathroom was a decent size. The AC worked well, which was essential because it was extremely hot during our stay. There’s no complimentary bottled water — I was simply told to drink from the tap by the same blond, curlyhaired staff.
The location is excellent, right by the Museum Quarter and about a 20‑minute walk to St. Stephen’s Cathedral, with plenty of food options nearby. Unfortunately, the unprofessional check‑in overshadowed what could have been a much better stay.

Rooms were clean, food was good. Staff were extremely helpful. Our room was on the street, between that noise and the doors to each room slam it was a little noisy otherwise very nice stay.

The location of the hotel is great, with a metro nearby and walkable to one part of the city center. The hotel is clean and pretty, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave it a four, which others may think is fine, is that the (small) room is really small; it is fine with the restaurant being expensive but what really matters are the choices of the menu. My room is facing the inside/roof of the other building; not a pretty sight but was quiet (which is what important to me). I did appreciate the hotel giving a welcome drink and snack at their bar though.

Property was gorgeous and spotless. Staff was nice, let me know ahead of time about a closure for that weekend. Unfortunately i was sick my entire stay, so I got to know the room well, and it was comfy. It is next to a road that can get busy and loud, so I had to close the window at night. Not a big deal at all.

Very nice place except I am allergic to cats and had a reaction in my room. I then looked up to see if they allow pets. I travel a lot and stay at many hotels, but did not think I needed to narrow my search for that. I will moving forward.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, von dem aus alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen sind. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Das nachhaltige Frühstück mit frischen und hochwertigen Produkten war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Zudem sorgen die vielen Grünpflanzen im Hotel für eine besonders angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Good location just outside Innere Stadt and close to the metro. The hotel is beautiful and amenities were nice for the most part. We stayed during winter and the heat was cranked way too high inside the room, so we kept windows open most of the nights. We stayed in the small room with a king bed, which I can only recommend a small room if you are traveling solo or do not bring more than 1 carry on. Managing our suitcases in the room was really tough. Due to navigating the small space, the handle of the wardrobe door scraped my forearm. The bathroom was spacious enough although there is no shower door, only a half wall so you need to be careful not to get water all over the bathroom when you shower. The bathroom trash can is tiny. The fitness center has a lot more than we expected and was well equipped. Didn’t use the sauna. Enjoyed the coffee shop and we ate breakfast one morning which was good. Overall, would consider staying here again but would get a bigger room next time.
