お洒落で手入れの行き届いたホテルです。 スタッフの方がとても親切で、ウェルカムドリンクをノンアルコールのものに変えてくれたり、雨の日は傘を貸してくれたりと有り難かったです。 冷蔵庫と湯沸かし器がない点を除いては、設備も満足でした。 観光地へのアクセスも良くお勧めです！

Amazing place to stay while in Vienna. Every single staff member from the beginning to the end was exceptional, the rooms were amazing, the bed so comfortable (including the pillows and duvets. I can’t say enough, I would highly recommend.

Das Frühstück ist mega. Alle sind so freundlich. Zentral gelegen. Schönstes Stadthotel in dem ich bisher war.

This is a very nice hotel close to everything. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is also a bar downstairs that claims to have 1400 different types of whisky. I was very satisfied with my stay and would love to return to this hotel. Highly recommended!!

This hotel has lots of personality and style. Comfortable rooms and beds. A great location (quiet street but just around the corner from a metro station and easy walking to conveniences like a grocery, coffee shops, ATM, bakeries). The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful - every request was met quietly and flawlessly. A great hotel for the price.

If I could give six out of five stars for the staff I would. The hotel as a whole was very good, but the staff put it above and beyond.

Lovely hotel. Great staff. The room Was a bit dark. And also there was no hair conditioner (not a deal breaker but I forgot mine). When you enter there are stairs to walk up with your bags. I had a little leg problem so that was hard. Inside there is an elevator but there are half floors so again you have to do some stairs with your bags. But all that said the hotel is well Located and well run. Clean and organized.

Very charming hotel, nicely decorated, very nice and helpful staff, great location. Would stay here again if I come back to Vienna!

Frokosten var veldig god og lekkert servert! All betjening gjorde sitt beste for oss. Kan absolutt anbefale dette hotellet!

Bra läge med nära tunnelbana som även går till stationen där tåget till flygplatsen går från/till. Bra områden för fika, mat och shopping på gångavstånd. Mycket god frukost och trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Lite speciell lösning med samma skjutdörr till både toa och dusch men på det hela taget ett mycket trevligt hotell med bra läge. Kan absolut rekommendera.

This hotel is an art deco gem with fantastic, friendly vibes. We booked the Ideale Plus Deluxe Double Room and it was charming, spacious, and comfortable. The pillows are like sleeping on a cloud. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the room, and it was very clean. The bathroom doesn't do much to mask any sounds, so if you're not at that level yet with your partner, it's something to consider. The shower was great and you could strip paint with the water pressure. The location is perfect, close to transport, and a 30-40 minute walk to everything. Very safe at night. The bar is beautiful and the staff are friendly and capable, except for the older server with the stubble, who's a pompous knob with an attitude. The thing that irked me about this place is that the best four tables in the house, located in the four corners of the room were reserved every night, all night, with nobody ever sitting at them. I got the impression that the staff's friends come often and they keep seats open in case they happen to pass by. They force you to sit at the bar while these four tables sit empty all night. Might be something for management to address. Outside of that, I highly recommend this hotel without any regrets booking here. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Vienna which is once per year, me being from Canada, and my partner from Austria. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable! You're the best!!!
