All good as usual. Could have done with an extra pillow but otherwise all good. Very clean with excellent communication

From the moment we arrived, we had everything we needed. We arrived early and when we rang to see if we could check in sooner they were so helpful. The Apartment was stunning and had everything we needed. Our only critism could be that the TV could be a smart TV to provide more options. And maybe 2 towels each for those of us staying for a week. Because who doesnt want a bath in that stunning big bath everyday! Location was perfect, a short walk into the main town. Local restaurants near by - and a really helpful recommendations guide from the apartment itself. We would 100% come back here and recommend to anyone wanting to visit Salzburg.

Apartments were nice, clean, well maintained in a convenient location away from the busy downtown core. Check in process was simple, though they should put in a more secure method of registration and payment of fees (leaving a paper form with sensitive PII and cash in an envelope on the table as you check out, without being able to lock the door when you leave, is a huge identity theft risk - especially as the exterior door is left open and unlocked during the day). Also beware the very poor sound insulation in the building - I could clearly hear the conversations of guests in the adjacent units.

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to walk to fort or catch a bus. Our only wish was A/C for the hot and humid days we had.

Good location within walking distance of aldstadt. Reasonable room and facilities but not an apartment with the normal cooking options. Supermarket close by but eating and drinking options limited in immediate vicinity.

Für den Preis erwarte ich wesentlich mehr. Eine Tür ist kaputt gewesen nachträglich kommen noch Gebühren dazu. Die Toilette ist nur durch eine einfache Glastür abgeschottet man sollte sich also schon gut kennen.

Nettes kleines Appartement, freundlicher Empfang, sofortige Beseitigung kleiner Probleme. Über die Tisch/Barhockersituation würde ich mir Gedanken machen, Tisch zu hoch, Hocker unsicher. Ansonsten gerne jederzeit wieder!!!

The location is good, not in the heart of the old town but a short walk of 10 min. Our problem is that the shower room floods quickly because the drainage is kind of blocked. That should be easily detected and fixed earlier, so a big disappointment.

Fantastic,?stylish and comfortable property in a great location. Note there’s an additional cleaning fee at the end as it’s a serviced apartment.

This is a excellent place for family stay especially the big bathroom with a comfortable tub which drive all the tiredness away after a long day walk. Everything’s perfect except the sleeping area is too small to juggle 3 beds in leaving no rooms to walk. It is close to the hot sight seeing spots with walking distance to old town.

Our family of three adults stayed at Room 4 Apartments for three nights in September. It was an excellent location for us to explore the beguiling city of Salzburg! We took advantage of the free bicycles available and rode through the cobblestone streets the very first night there. We could walk to Mirabellplatz, the train station, grocery store, and the trail head to the fortress is steps from our door! The square footage is a wee small for the price paid but the smaller kitchen had the basics of what was needed. Water pressure in the bath was great and enjoyable after a day of exploration, but the bathtub in the unit was difficult to use as there was a gap in the curtain that encloses the tub that - no matter how careful we were- would allow water to spray onto the wall and surrounding floor area. We would have preferred to have paper towels and tissue (kleenex) available in the unit but properties in Europe don't seem to stock these items (which we as silly Americans expect and enjoy). Also important to note; use of the downstairs washer and dryer are restricted to being operated between 8 am and 9 pm only. It costs 2 euros each cycle for washing and then another 2 euros for each drying. As we were out and about between those hours, we found it impossible to do our laundry within those time requirements. We would have found it beneficial to know of those restrictions before renting the property. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend the property.

Sehr einfach eingerichtet mit schlechtem Raumkonzept. Das eingestellte Bild ist, in Bezug auf die von mir gebuchte Unterkunft, völlig fehlleitend. Die Wohnung war eiskalt, die ferngesteuerte Heizung arbeitete erst Stunden später. Hinzu kommt, dass die etwas versteckt aufgeführten 50 Euro Endreinigung die Preiswürdigkeit in meinen Augen völlig kippen.

Very close to the town. It's only a short walk. Ideally located for transfer to and from the airport too.
