We had the best time in room 4, the host was super friendly. The room clean, The pool is great it’s not massive but totally perfect for us. Location a short walk from the river and a 10 minute drive to airport. We will definitely come back! 10/10

From the moment we arrived, we had everything we needed. We arrived early and when we rang to see if we could check in sooner they were so helpful. The Apartment was stunning and had everything we needed. Our only critism could be that the TV could be a smart TV to provide more options. And maybe 2 towels each for those of us staying for a week. Because who doesnt want a bath in that stunning big bath everyday!
Location was perfect, a short walk into the main town. Local restaurants near by - and a really helpful recommendations guide from the apartment itself. We would 100% come back here and recommend to anyone wanting to visit Salzburg.

Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm groß. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt ist hervorragend, man kann bequem durch den Berg in die Stadt spazieren.
Im Sommer ist die Unterkunft jedoch aufgrund der enormen Hitzeentwicklung nicht zu empfehlen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Leider war es im Zimmer so heiß, dass ich nicht dort übernachten konnte und nach 22:00 Uhr wieder abgereist bin.

On arrival, I had never rec’d a PIN code. (I was told Expedia does not share contact info with this provider). We tried every way to contact this property and ended up having yell for help to a man renting in this apartment. Later we found the main door wide open and our apartment wide open. Still no PIN code.
The next morning I left to pay parking and again was locked out.
Please fix this issue.

Very small room, bathroom has little to no privacy for the rest of the room, very hot even with fan. Wouldn't want to have an extended stay but worked for a brief visit.
Huge plus was coffee machine in the room.

Apartments were nice, clean, well maintained in a convenient location away from the busy downtown core.
Check in process was simple, though they should put in a more secure method of registration and payment of fees (leaving a paper form with sensitive PII and cash in an envelope on the table as you check out, without being able to lock the door when you leave, is a huge identity theft risk - especially as the exterior door is left open and unlocked during the day).
Also beware the very poor sound insulation in the building - I could clearly hear the conversations of guests in the adjacent units.

Good location within walking distance of aldstadt. Reasonable room and facilities but not an apartment with the normal cooking options. Supermarket close by but eating and drinking options limited in immediate vicinity.

Für den Preis erwarte ich wesentlich mehr. Eine Tür ist kaputt gewesen nachträglich kommen noch Gebühren dazu. Die Toilette ist nur durch eine einfache Glastür abgeschottet man sollte sich also schon gut kennen.

Nettes kleines Appartement, freundlicher Empfang, sofortige Beseitigung kleiner Probleme. Über die Tisch/Barhockersituation würde ich mir Gedanken machen, Tisch zu hoch, Hocker unsicher. Ansonsten gerne jederzeit wieder!!!

The location is good, not in the heart of the old town but a short walk of 10 min. Our problem is that the shower room floods quickly because the drainage is kind of blocked. That should be easily detected and fixed earlier, so a big disappointment.

This is a excellent place for family stay especially the big bathroom with a comfortable tub which drive all the tiredness away after a long day walk. Everything’s perfect except the sleeping area is too small to juggle 3 beds in leaving no rooms to walk. It is close to the hot sight seeing spots with walking distance to old town.
