I was disappointed that there weren’t more dining options at the resort. There was only one restaurant & the service was extremely slow. The staff wasn’t attentive to guests. In addition, there weren’t many activities for guests. I was told that May is the slow season. But, I do feel that more could’ve been done to make the stay nicer. I also didn’t like the fact that the room was only cleaned twice over a nine-day period.

Very comfortable and clean nearby shops supermarkets stores and beach

Overall the resort is an excellent value. The location is perfect and we loved the three pools especially the one by the ocean. The property is not fancy but everything is in good working order, clean, and maintained well. The only caution I have about the property is while they call it a resort, somethings like cleaning are not full service. They only clean on set days per week and on our five days that meant the day after we arrived was our only opportunity to get our room cleaned. Other days they just do trash and towels. And the only thing they replenish is toilet paper. If you ask for anything else, they direct you to purchase it at their store. These aren’t big things but important to factor if you’re staying there.

Very quiet, clean

This hotel was actually better than expected. It was reasonably priced and had a kitchen and balcony which was the main reasons I chose it but its right on st Lawrence gap so enjoying st Lawrence gap was a breeze. Also there are so many activities. I played pickle ball and mini golf and the pool was really enjoyable. The restaurant was on the beach and beautiful. The Staff was really nice. There was monkeys on the grounds chilling. There were really nice birds and friendly cats. I really enjoyed it.

Great location at end of Dover Beach St Lawrence Gap end. Staff very helpful. Huge inviting main pool, daily aqua class, ample sun loungers when we visited by pool and on beach (end Feb). Well equipped kitchen (including blender, non stick pans etc). Big TV in bedroom & lounge. Would recommend

Kitchen was equipped sufficiently with everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was good as well with a variety to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Barbados and would definitely recommend it, especially for travelers looking for something comfortable and affordable. The location is very convenient—about 15–20 minutes from the airport—and check-in was quick and easy. We arrived early and were welcomed with complimentary drinks at the pool bar, which was a nice touch. The property is clean and well-maintained, with a nice pool area, on-site shopping, and a restaurant. The beach is just a short walk away, and there’s also a restaurant right on the beach. It’s also within walking distance to St. Lawrence Gap for food, shopping, and entertainment. The rooms are set up like apartments, with full kitchens and private balconies. Everything was clean and comfortable, making it a great option for longer stays. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. While a few housekeeping staff weren’t as pleasant, it didn’t impact the overall experience. This is a solid mid-range option price wise—older, but well-kept—and a great value compared to more expensive resorts.

The property and our room were very tidy and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again.

Beautiful with stay again when I’m Back to Barbados

Perfect location with access to St. Lawrence Gap at the back of the property. The kitchenette makes the mornings much easier for me. the staff are always professional and pleasant. I have not a bad word for this resort.

Good room with a comfortable bed (not so comfortable fold-out couch, it was ok for kids), excellent air con, basic kitchen. Spacious grounds with nice swimming pools (in particular the beach-side pool was wonderful), mini golf and tennis were lots of fun. Location is excellent. Only complaint would be, and it's a small complaint, that the property felt very quiet, almost like it was fully off season (despite it being easter and school holidays!) there was never any music by the pool, no pool side vibes. If you are looking for a lively place, this is not it. But for quiet and restful (with easy access to other restaurants and bars) it's perfect.
