I did enjoy the bed comfort, the internet access and the Ocean view.

Peaceful environment, beautiful ocean view, easy access to transportation

I love that the rooms have a fantastic view of the ocean, and the rooms are equipped with refrigerator, microwave and stovetop which gives you the option of preparing a meal if not in the mood to eat out every night

Great place to stay

The hotel was in a great location but the beach was not available for swimming because of a sea weed bloom

The hotel was nice and clean. A little older rooms but good for the price. AC and shower was good. The staff at the front desk is very rude and not helpful. I saw them be very unhelpful and rude to many guests including myself. Laundry is another issue. The laundry is only 1 washer and dryer. They have a second room with 2 washers and dryers and they won’t allow others to use it. Asking the hotel front desk staff for any help isn’t worth your time. Better to speaking to a wall. Also the pictures of the beach are fake. There is no beach. There is 10 feet across by 2 feet of long of sand that is under water 90% of the time. You have to walk to the real beaches or Carlisle Bay which is the best one (need a taxi). I wouldn’t stay here again because there are many other hotels in the area where you don’t have to deal with a rude staff at the front desk.

Loved the location, it was right on the gap which was very nice. Walking distance to a lot. The noise never bothered us. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Staff members are very nice. I like the location and restaurant located downstairs. This property has exemplar ocean view. We enjoyed 8 days of paradise.

Hotel is close to everything. Truck food shops, gas stations. 15 minute drive The Boatyard, Savvy Beach, Miami Beach. Main Street is a bit loud but great for those looking for nightlife. Pool is kept clean and all the facilities are in good contusion.

Love the staff, the room, and location. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality. Breakfast was disappointing. The phone in my room gave a busy signal when I tried to reach front desk. This lasted the whole of yesterday. And, Last night, between 12am and 1 am, my family and I were awoken by an alarm going off. It would stop for a few seconds and then continue with the piercing sound. Unsure what was happening, we went to the front desk and was told by security, she had informed the relevant people and it will hopefully be corrected soon.

Very clean and the staff are wonderful

Nice, clean boutique hotel with friendly staff. We felt like we were at a small cottage in the islands. Not fancy but has everything you need. Close to entertainment and dining. Close to the popular beaches.

This hotel provides a good service, rooms are clean and convenience location

The location of the property is good; you can walk to restaurants and bars. The room was dated but clean; the view of the ocean was beautiful. The picture of this hotel needs to be updated; there is absolutely “no” beach! Food is only served from 7am- 2pm, no snacks or dinner after that. Bar closes at 6pm, should at least stay open till 9pm. Mark and Verna are great; front desk people are not very friendly. I had asked to be on an upper floor because I heard the bar across the way gets loud. The woman at the desk told me it was fine; I was on the first floor right across from the rum shop and it was Loud every night. So much for accommodating their guests.

Lovely place in an entertainment environment. If you looking to have fun this is the place to stay. There is restaurants, bars, karaoke and much more...

Very clean. Friendly staff especially Miss Verna and Mark in the restaurant.

Property was nice and convenient to restaurants, bars and clubs. We had dinner at Tabu which is across the street from the hotel. We had lunch 2 time's at Sharkey which is directly across the street. There's a casino across the street and down the street as well. My husband won a few hundred dollars in there. I will advise that with the club across the street that you can hear the music that goes on till like 3 or 4am, that became a little annoying when you're trying to sleep. Other than that the hotel was nice overall. We had a mini fridge, microwave and stove with plate, utensils and glasses for your convenience.
