駅から近く、朝食が良かった！

駅の近くにあって、周辺の治安良かった。 朝食のビュッフェの種類も豊富で宿泊代も安かった。 ベルギーに行く用事が出来たらまた泊まりたい。

朝食が美味しかった。口コミにエレベーターなし大きいバゲージは無理とあったがその通り、階段のステップの幅が狭いのと螺旋階段状の上り下りは大変エアコン無し、古い建築物なので仕方ないかな？駅の真正面便利で分かり易い。スタッフはフレンドリーであった。

とてもいいです。朝食がおいしい。ただし、4階まで階段の可能性があるので、荷物が多い人は向きません

Leuvenの駅前のホテルで、１泊８千円くらいで安いです。クーラーはありませんがこのあたりでは普通のことです。エレベーター無し、天井が高く階段が長いので大荷物の人にはあまりお勧めできません。部屋は清潔でベッドメイクもちゃんとしてくれます。シャワーの水圧がやや弱いです。朝食はパンが５種類くらい、ハムやチーズもいろいろあって十分美味しいです。問題はフロントで、一階のカフェのレジが受付です。皆愛想はいいのですが基本カフェの店員さんなのでホテル的な対応はあまり望めません。Wifiが途中で繋がらなくなったのですが、金曜の夜だったので業者もおらずお手上げで、申し訳無いが何も出来ることはない、と言われました。その辺が唯一最大の難点かと思います。

Prima hotel, zeer centraal gelegen. Tevens prima ontbijt inbegrepen bij de prijs.

No tiene ascensor y nos tocó dormir en el último piso. La ubicación está muy bien porque está a unos minutos de la estación de tren.

Toujours bien reçu dans une ambiance agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique, le petit déjeuner est très bon et j’y vais toujours avec plaisir.

Great location. Excellent breakfast included in the rate. Quiet. Comfortable. But be aware if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, there is no lift and the rooms are on the third and fourth floors. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Leuven.

We arrived to check in to discover that the proprietor had made a mistake and given our Comfort room to somebody else. The only other room in the hotel was a Standard one. However the proprietor offered us a self catering apartment just a very short distance from the hotel. This was very comfortable and didn't spoil our stay at all. The proprietor and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Das Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen.

Hotel Industrie is a great place to stay in. It has its own restaurant and one of the best pubs in town. I am pleased.

When we arrived builders were erecting scaffolding all over the front of the building. It was difficult to get into the hotel due to the lorry parked in front of the entrance. There is no lift in the building so you have to climb up stairs which are quite narrow and with carpet which is not secured. We were shown our room on the 1st floor which was had a strong damp smell. We complained to hotels.com who did little to help other than to say to contact the hotel manager. When we complained we were offered another room on the top floor. This was secure and did not smell of damp. However the room had dampness in the bathroom, the furniture was badly stained so we could not place clothes on it. The double bed had been laid with single sheet on a very old and worn mattress topper, which we did not want to touch with our skin, do we slept that night with our under clothes on. At breakfast was the only highlight - lovely freshly baked bread. All told a waste of €100 at a hotel I could never stay at. Hotels.com should remove it from their website and refund our money as what is shown is nothing like the reality - dirty, dingy, dangerous and dilapidated.

Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Atendimento simpático e prestativo. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos Toalhas muito boas. Serviço de quarto básico, todos os dias. Cafe da manhã bom, pães, frios, suco máquina de café. Localização boa, bem em frente a estação, um pouco barulhento a noite. Nao tem elevador. Ficamos no 3 andar, subir várias malas nas escadas, é bem desgastante! No geral, recomendo sim.

Super hôtel avec une super équipe et un excellent petit déjeuner, juste à côté de la gare SNCB de Louvain
