地點很好的車站，但是沒有電梯。有大型行李的人可能要評估一下自己有沒有辦法搬

The room is very big and there is a bar at the downstairs of the rooms,near the hotel， there is a train station ，movie theatre and a music hall，which is very convenient，the sightseeing out of the room is very nice！

Prima hotel, zeer centraal gelegen. Tevens prima ontbijt inbegrepen bij de prijs.

駅から近く、朝食が良かった！

No tiene ascensor y nos tocó dormir en el último piso. La ubicación está muy bien porque está a unos minutos de la estación de tren.

Toujours bien reçu dans une ambiance agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique, le petit déjeuner est très bon et j’y vais toujours avec plaisir.

Great location. Excellent breakfast included in the rate. Quiet. Comfortable. But be aware if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, there is no lift and the rooms are on the third and fourth floors. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Leuven.

We arrived to check in to discover that the proprietor had made a mistake and given our Comfort room to somebody else. The only other room in the hotel was a Standard one. However the proprietor offered us a self catering apartment just a very short distance from the hotel. This was very comfortable and didn't spoil our stay at all. The proprietor and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Das Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen.

Hotel Industrie is a great place to stay in. It has its own restaurant and one of the best pubs in town. I am pleased.

When we arrived builders were erecting scaffolding all over the front of the building. It was difficult to get into the hotel due to the lorry parked in front of the entrance. There is no lift in the building so you have to climb up stairs which are quite narrow and with carpet which is not secured. We were shown our room on the 1st floor which was had a strong damp smell. We complained to hotels.com who did little to help other than to say to contact the hotel manager. When we complained we were offered another room on the top floor. This was secure and did not smell of damp. However the room had dampness in the bathroom, the furniture was badly stained so we could not place clothes on it. The double bed had been laid with single sheet on a very old and worn mattress topper, which we did not want to touch with our skin, do we slept that night with our under clothes on. At breakfast was the only highlight - lovely freshly baked bread. All told a waste of €100 at a hotel I could never stay at. Hotels.com should remove it from their website and refund our money as what is shown is nothing like the reality - dirty, dingy, dangerous and dilapidated.

Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Atendimento simpático e prestativo. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos Toalhas muito boas. Serviço de quarto básico, todos os dias. Cafe da manhã bom, pães, frios, suco máquina de café. Localização boa, bem em frente a estação, um pouco barulhento a noite. Nao tem elevador. Ficamos no 3 andar, subir várias malas nas escadas, é bem desgastante! No geral, recomendo sim.

Super hôtel avec une super équipe et un excellent petit déjeuner, juste à côté de la gare SNCB de Louvain

Dit hotel zit in een mooi pand te midden van meerdere horecabedrijven. Ons bijhorende appartement zat 100 meter hier vandaan, dus voor ontbijt even een klein loopje, maar dat was prima! Vanuit hotel was het dicht bij het centraal station waar je ook een fiets kon huren. Avonds wat het fijn om als afsluiting nog gezellig een drankje te doen op het terras.

Bedden waren goed. Staat verouderd, mag wel een likje verf gebruiken. Badkamer verouderd, rook naar rioollucht. Douche liep niet goed door. Wel was het schoon. Wat ook fijn was, was de luchtventilator
