A card key did not work at first. A safety box in the room had already locked up and they could not find somebody to open it. I therefore had to move another room.

The heating in the room didn't work and i was with a group and they all had the same problem. The "hot" food for breakfast was cold and very poor quality. They provide shared iron for your laundry on each floor. This was the worst part of the hotel.That said the staff i met were friendly and the hotel location is good

La chambre été parfaite , on avait pas le code pour la télé .. Ducoup on a pas pu regarder la tv .. on a eu la surprise sur une des serviettes de bain une énorme tache jaune .. je vous montre en photo .. un peu dégoûter .. pour l’hygiène de la serviette/ la tv sans code / wifi non donné ? Ce n’est pourtant pas donner étant étudiante ! Mais bon pour le coup avis mitigé .. sinon c’est un belle hôtel , avec un personnel chaleureux , femme de ménage agréable, accueille chaleureux

L'hôtel est très central et en bon état général. Le personnel est aimable, le restaurant est très bon. Mais l'accès en voiture est compliqué par ce réseau sous terrain et le parking, un peu obligatoire, est cher : 22€/nuit.

J’ai séjourné deux nuits à l’hôtel Martin’s le week-end dernier. L’établissement est très bien situé, moderne et agréable dans son ensemble. Malheureusement, plusieurs points ont terni mon expérience. J’ai été surprise par le manque d’amabilité de certains membres de la réception, un vrai contraste avec le standing que l’hôtel semble revendiquer. De plus, des morceaux de verre ont traîné dans le couloir tout au long de mon séjour, ce qui soulève de vraies questions sur la rigueur du ménage et la sécurité. Mais le plus étonnant reste le supplément de 20€ demandé pour 30 minutes de tapis de marche. C’est la première fois que je vois ça dans un hôtel de ce niveau. En résumé : un cadre prometteur, mais plusieurs points décevants qui me laissent assez mitigée. Je ne suis pas certaine d’y revenir.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room was new, well equipped and spacious, with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty with big variety of hot snd cold foods. We will definitely come back and try the SPA

Sense of hospitalitiy lacking, felt like cash cows. Refused bar service not far from closing time. Not possible to get room service. One person helped resolve the issue, but it was a struggle. Like the forced, painful smile of the restaurant manager. Had booked a double bed, We discovered twin beds. Had a struggle to obtain a modicum of satisfaction. . Breakfast buffet was not well-managed and staff in the morning miserable. I prefer to express satisfaction, but am disappointed with some of the staff attitude. We wasted a lot of time trying to sort out things that shouldn't have even been issues. Off days or general discontent ? Either way, that's not good for hotels.
