とても親切にしていただきました 空調機があったかわかりませんでしたが 布団がとても暖かく快適だったため、部屋の多少の寒さは気になりませんでした ちなみに、歯ブラシとバスローブは置いてないです スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでチャーミングでしたし ブルージュは素敵な場所なので また泊まりに行きたいです！

スタイリッシュでモダンなデザイン。朝ごはんも美味しく、スタッフも親切だった。

Nicht mit Liebe gemacht… das Zimmer hatte kaputte möbel, Überschwemmung beim duschen, frühstück basic

Hotel liegt eigentlich mittendrin, aber ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Direkt am Kanal. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, vorher Parkplatz reservieren, oder im nahegelegen Parkhaus, 5 Min Fussweg, parkieren. Frühstücksbuffet ist übersichtlich, aber für den Start in den Tag ausreichend. Das Bad im Zimmer dürfte umgestaltet/renoviert werden, da man in der Badewanne duschen muss.

Such a charming hotel! The room was immaculate, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. The free breakfast was yummy with lots of options. The staff was incredibly friendly. I would recommend this establishment to anyone traveling to Bruges, and would love go back.

Estuvimos en la habitación cuádruple, con nuestros hijos. La estancia fue buena, la habitación es amplia y silenciosa y estaba muy limpia. El baño es enorme pero es extraño no tener mampara o cortina en la ducha, por lo que se moja todo el baño. La taza del WC era muy alta, un poco "columpio". Había jabón, champú y crema en el baño. Los colchones eran cómodos y el desayuno estaba bien, aunque no había apenas bollería. La ubicación es céntrica sin estar en las zonas más transitadas, por lo que se agradece la tranquilidad. Estuvimos cómodos y volveríamos a este hotel

Basic nice hotel with the nice view and location. Walls are very thin though. You can hear everything, including the alarm of your room neighbor which they did not turn off fand it was ringing for many minuts and waking us up too. Also we could hear them having sex at 4.00 am.. Don't expect much from the breakfast- it does not have fresh fruits, mostly bread and cheese.

Situé à proximité du centre ville de Bruges cet hotel est plein de charme et authentique. Bref si vous avez besoin de quitter le confort standardisé des chaines c'est l'endroit idéal. Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant. Chambres au standard 3 étoiles Conseils : garez votre voiture au parking central de Bruges et finissez à pieds (5 minutes)

Great location and the comfiest of beds! Our room was basic, no tea/coffee or fridge etc but that was fine for us, there was water though. Like others have said, there are areas that are in need of some tidying up but none of it would affect your stay. Breakfast was great, i wasn't expecting much after reading some reviews but it was all fresh and plentiful. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, we were just there for a night so maybe I'd prefer more room facilities if i was to stay longer.

Very clean hotel in a great location. Parking on site was a huge plus for us. Staff were super friendly as well.

Lovely hotel with friendly welcoming staff and an excellent location near to the town centre . The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a continental buffet with a good choice of cereals, boiled eggs , cold meats and bread . Unlimited hot drinks during the day until 10pm from the dining area was a bonus as well .

We had a nice stay

Otelimiz brüjün en nezih noktasında ve ana meydana 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde , tüm turistik yerlere çok yakın konumdaydı. Bu bizim için çok büyük bir konfor. Aytıca geceliği 20 euro ya rezerve edeceğiniz bir otoparkı var ve hemen yanında. Bu da bizim için önemliydi. Kahvaltı gayet güzel yeterli. Manzarası harikaydı. Kanalın tam yanında ve harika bir bahçesi var kanalın tam yanında.Çok rahat bir tatil geçirdik. Teşekkürler 🌸

Could be really nice but is really unloved and badly looked after. Night 1: (room 11) - Just behind reception and very noisy as a result - Broken window meant a gap and letting in cold air (freezing outside). No heating in room doesn’t help! - Paint peeling off various parts of the walls - Squashed bugs into ceiling - No tea / coffee facilities in room and the communal hot drinks is locked up at 10pm?! It was so cold and noisy we asked to move rooms for night 2. Night 2: (room 4) - Better than room 1, warmer and less noisy. - Still lacking the care and attention you’d expect Breakfast: - Coffee machine - broken - toaster - broken It’s just cold pastries and stale bread! This place needs looking at, staff seem disinterested and letting it go to ruin

We loved this place. Staff were amazing. Chatty and informative and helpful. We asked for a kettle and it was done no problem at. The view was amazing... it was of the canal and we spent time watching the water birds and really enjoyed the kingfisher. The walk into town centre was easy and quick. Breakfast was continental and tasty ... with wonderful fresh bakes each day .. scrummy !! Unfortunately when i checked my coat i found id forgotten to hand in the key... so i guess i will just have to go back and return it ... oh damn !! Lol

The lovely place makes us feel like home. The cozy homelike warm environment creates a feeling of wanted to be there the entire time. The peaceful and relaxing view to the canal was excepcional, not without mention the kindness and care of the staff with many details during our stay.
