Service was the bright star of this hotel. Very helpful and kind staff. Locals who cared about your experience. The hotel is what it is, but they made up for it with their service and above and beyond support.

We stayed in a triple room and had a lovely view of the outdoor patio and canal. There was sufficient room for all of us. Best part was our morning breakfast. The offering and variety was great. The fresh pastries were delicious, especially the croissants! Proximity to shops, restaurants, and transit was all within 5-10min. I would definitely come back to stay here next time I’m in town

Plentiful and good breakfast. Excellent and very helpful staff. Room was comfortable and lovely outlook over the canal. Great position to walk to the centre of Bruges. Very good list of places to have coffee, lunch, a drink and dinner. Supermarket nearby.

Försökte ringar hotellet flera gånger i två dagar utan svar. Skickade även 2 mail utan svar. Riktigt dåligt att inte återkoppla. Frukosten var fattig. Värdigt centralt.

It’s a lovely hotel very conveniently located with an excellent breakfast. Without coffee makers in the room, it would be nice to have access to a public coffee maker in the reception area, since breakfast is not open until eight. Heads up about your arrival - be careful what time you arrive as Google directions will take you through the centre of town round and round showing you how to get to the hotel through a pedestrian zone which does not allow traffic. The receptionist told us it’s okay just to drive through the pedestrian zone, but we checked with a local policeman who said you can do it after 6 pm. We had to park the car downtown and wait until 6 o’clock when we could drive to the hotel. This was not mentioned on our arrival instructions. Also, there is nowhere to sit at a table in your room and nowhere to unpack your clothes. There was a hanging pole for jackets with no chest of drawers and no table, apart from tiny bedside tables of course. The room was large, very clean and very comfortable bed.

Great location. Staff was excellent.

It was a lovely little hotel on the side of the water. The room and bathroom was clean with a safe, calm lighting, a comfortable bed and items such as a hairdryer. I would personally ask for there to be more hangers and maybe little bed side tables as the shelf above the bed is quite high for this use. Staff and breakfast was great. We would definitely return.

Le personnel est tres competent et aimable Lhotel a beaucoup de charme et tres bien situé a 10 mn du centre le parking est un plus La chambre familiale 4 personnes a repondu a nos attentes, vaste et propre et confortable

Hotel liegt eigentlich mittendrin, aber ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Direkt am Kanal. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, vorher Parkplatz reservieren, oder im nahegelegen Parkhaus, 5 Min Fussweg, parkieren. Frühstücksbuffet ist übersichtlich, aber für den Start in den Tag ausreichend. Das Bad im Zimmer dürfte umgestaltet/renoviert werden, da man in der Badewanne duschen muss.

Such a charming hotel! The room was immaculate, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. The free breakfast was yummy with lots of options. The staff was incredibly friendly. I would recommend this establishment to anyone traveling to Bruges, and would love go back.

Estuvimos en la habitación cuádruple, con nuestros hijos. La estancia fue buena, la habitación es amplia y silenciosa y estaba muy limpia. El baño es enorme pero es extraño no tener mampara o cortina en la ducha, por lo que se moja todo el baño. La taza del WC era muy alta, un poco "columpio". Había jabón, champú y crema en el baño. Los colchones eran cómodos y el desayuno estaba bien, aunque no había apenas bollería. La ubicación es céntrica sin estar en las zonas más transitadas, por lo que se agradece la tranquilidad. Estuvimos cómodos y volveríamos a este hotel

Basic nice hotel with the nice view and location. Walls are very thin though. You can hear everything, including the alarm of your room neighbor which they did not turn off fand it was ringing for many minuts and waking us up too. Also we could hear them having sex at 4.00 am.. Don't expect much from the breakfast- it does not have fresh fruits, mostly bread and cheese.
