This little out-of-the-way hotel is great for travellers in-transit to the Charleroi airport. Choose this hotel instead of a corporate-owned chain - it is family owned and I felt treated like family. Whatever you need, they assist you with it personally. I had a nice large glass of wine to unwind before bed, a fresh croissant in the morning, and an on-demand ride to the airport. The hospitality was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again (and I travel a lot!).

The hotel is on a very noisy main road and did not feel particularly safe as a single female traveller. The whole room vibrated when every lorry went past. Very tired fixtures & fittings throughout. The lounge/bar/restaurant was not open. The receptionist was asleep on the sofa in the public lounge area when I left in the morning. I hardly slept.

Das Hotel liegt an der Straße, es ist laut und ungeheizt. Im Zimmer und im Bad ist Schimmel. Es ist sehr schwierig, in dieses Hotel zu gelangen, ungeeignet, um zum Flughafen zu gelangen. Hände weg von dieser Unterkunft, zerstört das Urlaubsfeeling.😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫saukalt dort!

Nice place, safe surroundings, great staff

C’était juste un séjour idéal! Mon vol était en retard et pourtant ils ont mis la navette à ma disposition des que j’ai atterri vers 1h du matin et j’ai à peine attendu. Ils avaient même mis et activé un petit radiateur supplémentaire dans ma chambre! Le lendemain la même navette m’a ramenée à l’aéroport après avoir eu une super discussion et échange avec le staff [la famille ☺️]. J’ai rarement rencontré un service aussi attentionné et humain.

Das Hotel ist nahe am Airport CSL. Es ist ok, aber der Service ist unfassbar gut. ich hatte selten so freundliche Gastgeber. Die Inhaber sind extrem freundlich und bemüht es jedem Gast recht zu machen. Egal ob es um Wünsche geht, die Inhaber einen Gast mal eben zum Airport Fahren, oder man einfach ein freundliches Gespräch führt: Alles passiert mit einem lächeln.

Owner is great and very helpful. Not the nicest area at all but owner drove us to a very nice restaurant close by. Then he drove us to the airport at 4 am without issue. Great location for overnight and early flight.

Perfekt boende nära flygplatsen med väldigt bra service av personalen (till både restauranger och flygplatsen). Lite lyhört men lugnt på natten så inget problem för oss.

Good transport from & to airport.

I actually did not end up starting at this property because there was not air conditioning in the room. However, the owner of the hotel was so kind to me. He put all of my luggage in the room, brought me a fan to use and offered to take me to the grocery store. It was his decision to allow me to change to a hotel next door because he wanted to ensure I was very comfortable while I slept. This is not common to have this type of customer service, especially since I ended up not staying. But his kindness and willingness to accommodate me went above and beyond. If I need to come back and the air conditioning is working, I will stay at his hotel for sure.

Le propriétaire est d’une gentillesse incroyable et se met en 4 pour ses clients. Je n’ai jamais vu ça et pourtant je voyage quand même pas mal. Le niveau de service est formidable. Merci 🙏

close to airport good value

Great place, great staff! Difficult to reach but if you call the owner he will pick you up! Amazing room with balcony and bathtub! Will for sure come back!
