付近に地下鉄駅が2つ、グランプラスからも500mしか離れていない好ロケーション。 部屋は大きく寝心地のいいベッドに、ガラスで仕切られたシャワーブースがあり快適。 バス・アメニティはロクシタンという豪華さ。 スタッフも感じがよかったです。 この値段でこの設備ならばオススメ。

Avoid at all costs. The only thing the property has going for it is the area, but there are much better options available elsewhere. At the time of the booking in 2023 the property was listed as Hotel Cafe Pacific. It is not a hotel. Upon access to the property and entry into the building, the superior room that had been booked bore little resemblance to the pictures included in the hotel listing and facilities that were included per the listing were not present. Due to the issues we identified, we decided to stay to book alternative accommodation and stay there instead. We complained directly to Smartflats, outlining the issues in detail - with Expedia’s help we were able to get a refund. The following issues were present with the room: - the floors/wall/balcony were dirty - most of the lights did not work - the bed linen was not clean - the towels were not clean - safety and security concerns with the room/common areas: - broken smoke alarm in the lobby - broken window at front of the property - broken lights in the lobby area - there are no lights in the common area between the elevator and our room. Other facilities that were meant to be available per the listing were not present: - there is no wi-fi - no TV in the room - no coffee/tea making equipment - no rubbish bins - other decor such as wall pictures (seen in photographs advertising the room) were missing

The « Free WiFi » is a scam. I was given a wifi password with no wifi network to go with it and the service desk just stopped answering when interrogated on the matter. I could sometimes use the nearby café wifi but sometimes did not havé enough bandwith to even check my mail. Sometimes I did not even get a connection.

Nous sommes très très déçu Nous sommes arrivées à 16h30 et la chambre n'était pas libre et nettoyer. Pas moyen de régler le chauffage, nous avons eux très très froid pour un mois de décembre Pas de savon dans le distributeur de la douche. Pas moyen d allumée la télévision car commande inexistante. Machine à café promise mais également inexistante. A déconseiller fortement !!!!!

Great location and easy access. However my room was on the top floor and the floor was very warped. The floor buckled about 6 inches high, a huge tripping issues which i tripped on several times but thankfully caught myself before falling. Very dangerous in the night, so i left the light on all night. They need to takecare of this asap. I was shocked they could even rent a room like that.

Disappointing stay. First, the room were with no light bulb. We stayed all our time with no light. We contacted SMARTFLATS (responsible for the Hotel) when we arrived, with no resolution during all stay and without a option to solve the problem. The box of the shower was broken. They charged extra money on the card and didn’t answer when asking to fix the amount charged. No person presencial to solve any problem (everything online). No answer of the responsible for the Hotel until today. The Hotel is not prepared to solve any problem during the stay. If you don’t want problems, don’t reserve it.

Horrible experience. Never again. No customer service. Calling 5 to 6 times and no answer Did not get a key card for the light so I hardly saw anything. Have to use my.mobile Never again and be aware

Horrible!!! Sin wifi, sin tv. Nadie nos asistió. No es un hotel ya que no limpian todos lls dias, tampoco depto porque no tiene nada de cocina ni un vaso. Reclame todos los dias y nadie me daba respuestas

The place was clean and very conveniently located in central Brussels. Two issues: 1. the website said I would get the access codes 1-week before arriving. When they didn't come I queried and was told it would be 2-days before arrival. When they didn't come I was told it would be 1-day before arrival. Since I was leaving for Brussels on that day, it was very anxiety-producing. The access codes did arrive on the day I left. The managers need to get their information straight and 1-day before is unacceptable. 2. The wifi was very poor, even for email. I wouldn't stay there again because of that.

Overall a great location. The room was good and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but the room access information was incorrect causing confusion and a delay in getting into the room, as well as addirional cost for international phone calls and data. They had given me a 'keybox' code, of which there are several outside and inside. The code did not work on any of them. After contacting them rhey indicated that the code was to be entered on the door handle which had tiny little buttons that were easy to miss. The other star was lost due some of the power receptacles and lights in the room not working.

The property was generally in good shape, but two major factors made it a bad experience. First the wifi was completely unusable. Second, the window blinds did not work, and the shower door directly faces the window, with fully transparent glass and no curtain, so neighboring buildings can see everything.

No reception. No housekeeping unless extra additional payments. Dirty carpets

Fullständigt obegriplig incheckningsprocedur. Ingen personal närvarande. Otrevliga på tfn. Det tog 1 timme och 4 tfn-samtal att checka in.

Une honte … l hôtel n a jamais répondu à mon mail pour me donner accès à la chambre ! Conclusion j ai payé et n aies pas dormi dans la chambre ! Une grosse arnaque et impossible de les joindre pour obtenir un quelconque remboursement !

Hotellet har ingenting, ingen reception, dåligt bemötande, dålig information om hur man fick tillgång till rummet, ingen safty box, inga glas för dryck, etc. Totalt omdöme: Dåligt! Rekommenderas EJ!
