Fair prices, clean hotel, had everything you needed.

Decently sized room with good bedding, but an overall older looking hotel. There is a nearby dock that you can get picked up at for Tours. The concierge was also helpful.

The room was great. Breakfast was non existent. With more than 4 people there they had to move the order tome out to 45 min. The concierge was very limited in knowledge. Was not helpful for finding stuff. They have no food from 11am 6pm. Their resturaunt fills up quick. So if you don't have reservations, your on your own. They do not tell you about other great resturaunts within walking distance.

The room was right on the beach and the ocean views were amazing. The concierge had many helpful suggestions for day trips that were beautiful and adventurous.

The staff was great especially Eddie who helped with our luggage. The beds are incredible and you could sleep forever in them. The view is beautiful

The room was lovely and the staff was very friendly and attentive. It was perfect for our family of 3.

We had a great stay at Bananas on the Beach! Staff was friendly, room was clean, and they had a good breakfast. Let's not forget about how comfortable the beds were! Wish we could take that mattress topper home. Booking a golf cart and a snorkel tour through the hotel was so smooth. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Belize.

Excellent staff!!!

We’ve stayed here twice now and both times have been great. Ocean front suite and a room on the second floor facing the residences both were perfect in their own way. The only thing that didn’t sit well with me is I left a tip on the pillow one morning and came back to the same room no bed made and the money was gone. No big deal it was &10 U.S. Eddie in security is always great and a smile to welcome anyone. The ladies at the front desk are very accommodating and helpful.

Clean room...friendly staff...nice pools...yummy breakfast and beautiful restaurant for dinner. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The room was nice, it had a kitchenette and items you need to do some cooking if you are trying to save money by not eating out. We requested that they pull the couch out for a third that was staying in our room. I asked for blankets and pillows for it, took a few hours to get them. The housekeeping lady was nice and finally brought the blankets and pillows. Apparently they had run out? We happened to be sitting at the pool on Day two of our trip to find the maintenance man trying to get in with a tv. We asked him what he was dojnf. He said there was something wrong with one of the TVs. I said there wasn't but he still changed it. Then that evening Netflix and all the apps were gone! The bar closes so early, 6pm. The closest restaurant that I believe they say is part of the hotel is super expensive and required reservations. The restaurant was very accommodating though and fit us in to a last minute table for 3. Also, the restaurant is super fancy, we were very underdressed. The pools were cold. This says "on the beach" and it is on the beach. However it is not a beach you can swim at. There is a chanel directly in front with a retaining wall. There was no shower curtain. The staff were nice. We did get hustled by the transportation service that they arranged. We paid him cash and then they charged us for it again at the end of the stay and said we never paid him. I was over it at that point and chalked it up to a lesson learned.

Everything is great. The staff are friendly and patient, especially Vanessa who helped us book the transfers and tours. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The property was nice. The pools are very clean and gave it an elegant appearence. I didn't use them because I was out but I like the option. My room was very spacious which is rare. The shower was nice with a river rock bottom. Bed super comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Im glad I stayed a lil off the strip bc the golf cart fumes, traffic and busy downtown are a little much. I used a taxi for rides it was convenient and affordable and 10 mins or so each way (with the golf cart traffic). Holiday decor was beautifully done at the hotel. I would stay there again.

Staff was extremely Polite helpful, were clean unfortunately I didn't swim in them because it was raining. The restaurant which is adjoining has fantastic service and fantastic tasting meal. Dinner right would say is about 15% less than U.S prices.

Clean and very large room. The kitchen was a nice extra. Unfortunately there was a large air exchange duct right beside our balcony which made it impossible to enjoy.
