Everything was perfect, clean room, the best localisation, friendly staff, coffee and bananas the morning, parking. We highly recommend this hotel !

Staff were really nice and immediately helpful. The pool was great for those hot fays of walking. Great to have 2 different areas, at pool level, to chill.

This location suited our needs for the single night we spent in San Ignacio. The AC, fan, and TV were fully functional. One negative issue was the shower curtain is too short and there was water on the floor after showering.

Didn't have a car on this trip but they have a nice secure garage. Room was clean and comfortable. I'm spoiled by normally having a coffee maker in the room in the USA. They did have two coffe pots in the lobby but you had to get there early to get some. Property could use some updates. Staff was very friendly & helpful in accepting a package of souvenirs dropped off for me. Because of the location in the middle of San Ignacio, it is an ideal place for shopping, dining & people watching. Taxi's are available less than 2 blocks from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Really enjoyed my stay here so much I booked another 5 days. Staff are very nice Room is very clean and comfortable & the air conditioning is excellent. Parking is on property and guarded. If I return to this area, I would definitely stay here again for the price, cleanliness & excellent staff.

this is a very basic hotel. It's right in the center of town, so really convenient for doing any of the local tours from. It's supposedly on the main/busy tourist street of Burns Ave. But it was really a rather quiet area with not much happening on any of the days we were there. The room was clean but was rather rundown, horrible lighting, poorly built shower that let all the water escape and soak the floor....I didn't want to spend any extra time around the hotel than I needed to. They're doing renos to the rooms on the ground floor of this place, so maybe things will be more modern and fresh looking in the future.

Short stay to take in local activities. Cute town, toured the caves nearby. There are a number of tours offered. There is a market near Maya Bella.

Staff was super friendly, the room was clean with ice cold a/c.

This hotel was just what we needed, very central to the town of San Ignacio but still a few minute walk which provided a bit more solitude

The best and most convenient place to stay in San Ignacio! We have stayed here many times and have enjoyed each stay! Everything you need, food, shopping, and taxis, are in walking distance and the staff is amazing! They always make us feel very comfortable and at home!
