Clean hotel with air conditioning with reasonable price.

The hot and cold shower wasn’t adjusting properly. The water was either extremely hot or very cold

Good location. Quiet and walkable area.

This hotel was just what we needed, very central to the town of San Ignacio but still a few minute walk which provided a bit more solitude

The best and most convenient place to stay in San Ignacio! We have stayed here many times and have enjoyed each stay! Everything you need, food, shopping, and taxis, are in walking distance and the staff is amazing! They always make us feel very comfortable and at home!

Hotel staff was very friendly and recommend a great place to grab a bite. Room was clean and spacious with a great working AC! Close to places to eat and very close to the San Ignacio Market

Booked 3 rooms arrived and pool was closed for renovations. No notice that pool would be closed so tried to cancel. Hotel staff claimed we would get a refund and now hotel claiming they cannot give refund as Expedia has not contacted them and Expedia claims hotel won’t answer them. Total scam. We never stayed but rooms appear to be run down.

Even though the hotel is located downtown, it was amazingly quiet at night. We slept well. The bed was the most comfortable of the trip. Super nice people, convenient, and close to many great restaurants. I would go back there in a heartbeat. Thanks.

The staff were really helpful and friendly! We were really confortable in the room. The shower had great water pressure and felt so clean and updated. The upstairs patio was our favourite place to hang out in the shade. The location is great, with everything you could need being within a 10 minute walk.

It was very convenient, with lots of walkable food options. Room was specious and clean. Evening receptionist was very helpful with my needs. Definitely stay there for my next visit.

Pool was closed due to a leak. Outlet in room didn't work. Bed was uncomfortable. One single drinking glass for two people. No ice machine. Loud outside. We checked out after one night and no refund or even an apology.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the beautiful bedspread and red sheets. Staff was friendly and wonderful! Room was clean and very comfortable. We had a car and parking was available and easy. The only complaint is that the pool was not open and there was loud construction going on. Didn’t spend a lot of time in room. Would stay here again. Would highly recommend.

If you are doing tours it is literally the best location as they are all right there. Everything you need is on the street and you have good dining options. Definitely worth the price.
