ウォータータクシー乗り場はすぐ、空港へも徒歩で6・7分と中心にあり何をするにも便利な場所。 私は全て徒歩で移動していました。 掃除がきちんとされており、清潔感あり。 スタッフの方は感じがよく、良い距離感を保ってくれます。 アメニティは揃っていません。 キッチン用品は一通り揃っていますが、食器を洗うスポンジはありませんでした。 シャワーは固定式で、湯量や温度は問題ありませんが、床がビショビショになるタイプです。 WiFiは問題なく使用可。 ロビーや食事をするスペースはありません。 朝6-10時にフロント脇にコーヒーが用意されるので、部屋のカップを持って毎朝もらいに行っていました。 周りの店がうるさいこともなく、他の方が気にされていた隣の犬の吠え声もずっと続くわけではないので、私は気になりませんでした。 海藻はやはり大量にビーチにあり、到着時はホテル内や部屋でも臭いがすごく耐えられるか心配でしたが、翌日には慣れて気にならなくなりました。 海藻があること、人通りが多いこと、地元の人が遊んでいること（子供たちがすごく楽しそうでほのぼのします）から、ホテル前のビーチベッドでのんびり過ごすことは難しいかもしれません。 それを望むのであれば、もう少し南下した方がいいと思います。 7泊しましたが、総合的に快適に過ごせました。

La habitación es amplia, limpia y todo en buen estado, también una cocineta bien equipada y linda vista, solo la cama muy suave lo cual molesta la espalda.

From when we first checked in until we got to our room, it was above and beyond service and very friendly and made us feel welcomed even check us in early. And every time we walk by the front desk, it was a great and friendly interaction. Beach and view is underrated on reviews. Please stay here. I’m coming back.

Older property enjoys a great location in town close to everything. Clean rooms, great linens, friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Roda, Nia and Casey were AMAZING. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and were quick with a recommendation if we needed one. I was very pleased!

Great room and great service. Very helpfull staff

Great location for your first trip to San Pedro because of central location. Room was modern and clean. Staff very helpful. Had fans but no air conditioning so be prepared for warm nights. Has a real beach which is rare in San Pedro but no pool. Not best place to swim because so close to lots of boats but a little down beach are some ok places. Next to water shuttle dock and $10 taxi to airport Close to lots of great places to drink and eat. Can get noisy at night so be prepared for that. Also some mosquitos at night if you leave deck door open for breeze.

The room was spotless and the staff was great. We loved talking with Natalie at the front desk each time we left or returned. She was very friendly and extremely helpful in making great recommendations on where to go. Natalie provided a great first impression which continued through our 3 night stay. Nia & Russell were also great and friendly. We loved the full kitchen and made breakfast every morning once we were directed to the grocery.

This was a very relaxing and accommodating place to stay. The balcony looked over the ferry dock but the ferries weren't too busy so it didn't interfere with the view. The staff was wonderful and very attentive to anything I needed help with.

Having a balcony view of the water and a kitchenette was a real plus. The room had plenty of closet space, which was great. Very comfortable bed. Good size towels and nice walk-in shower. The staff here is very helpful and always greeted me by name when I passed through the lobby.

Room is very clean. Staff is very warm hearted and helpful. The location is superb right next to coffee shops, restaurants and dive shops. There’s a beach right in front that’s underrated

This was the best place we have stayed in the 3 years that we’ve come to San Pedro. It was spotless, quiet, and it was in a great location. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay at a great price.

Nice clean place. Staff was sweet and accommodating. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me arrange for a golf cart rental as well as scheduling a taxi for my ride to the airport at the end of my stay. The room is large, very clean and has a balcony overlooking the water. It’s located in downtown San Pedro and is close to restaurants, activities and shopping.

Beautiful location, amazing staff, comfy room with a well stocked kitchen. 2 min walk to Amigos Del Mar dive shop, 4 min walk to Super Buy Grocery store. Lots of restaurants close by. Couldn't ask for more!

Hotel itself is decent. The sargussum in the area all around is awful. You can smell it even inside the room.
