ウォータータクシー乗り場はすぐ、空港へも徒歩で6・7分と中心にあり何をするにも便利な場所。 私は全て徒歩で移動していました。 掃除がきちんとされており、清潔感あり。 スタッフの方は感じがよく、良い距離感を保ってくれます。 アメニティは揃っていません。 キッチン用品は一通り揃っていますが、食器を洗うスポンジはありませんでした。 シャワーは固定式で、湯量や温度は問題ありませんが、床がビショビショになるタイプです。 WiFiは問題なく使用可。 ロビーや食事をするスペースはありません。 朝6-10時にフロント脇にコーヒーが用意されるので、部屋のカップを持って毎朝もらいに行っていました。 周りの店がうるさいこともなく、他の方が気にされていた隣の犬の吠え声もずっと続くわけではないので、私は気になりませんでした。 海藻はやはり大量にビーチにあり、到着時はホテル内や部屋でも臭いがすごく耐えられるか心配でしたが、翌日には慣れて気にならなくなりました。 海藻があること、人通りが多いこと、地元の人が遊んでいること（子供たちがすごく楽しそうでほのぼのします）から、ホテル前のビーチベッドでのんびり過ごすことは難しいかもしれません。 それを望むのであれば、もう少し南下した方がいいと思います。 7泊しましたが、総合的に快適に過ごせました。

The hotel was on the water and centrally located in San Pedro close to several restaurants and bars. From the balcony I could see the pretty and vast ocean. The receptionist in the morning and at night were helpful in providing suggestions where to eat, what to visit, and what to do. Each suggestion was spot on and specially the local authentic Belizian restaurants to try. Highly recommend staying here where there are large rooms, balconies, and AC.

An oasis in the middle of a bustling town. Great porch and view. Most impressed by the kitchen! Stocked with everything you could need, organized and impeccably clean!

First time in San Pedro. What a cool place. PM is a great location if you want to be right in the middle of the city. Wasnt loud at night. Perect for food, drinks and groceries. Street food is amazing. The walk down the water is nice. A bit of a trek to the water taxi and secret beach was probably 30min cart ride but totally worth it. We would stay here again

20 feet from the water, right on the beach and a great sunrise right out of our balcony that you could see from the bed.

Staff was wonderfully attentive, polite, and made me feel special. Room was a delight. Clean, comfortable, and cozy with a great private balcony. Right in the heart of San Pedro, close to restaurants and shopping, but on the beach and off the main road, so quiet also. Highly recommend and will be back soon!

Great location, clean rooms, friendly and helpful hotel staff

Staff at the Mayan Princess Hotel make every guest feel welcome and provide personalized attention. The room was well stocked and spotless. Fresh towels and linens were provided daily. The air conditioning system kept the temperature to our comfort level.

Bed was very comfortable, kitchenette was ideal for our use. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish. All the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always attentive to whatever we needed. We arrived very late in San Pedro after a long day of travel with kids, and the staff were already waiting for us and ready to help. Check-in was super quick, and they showed us straight to our room. The room was huge, spotless, and honestly way beyond our expectations. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. The location is also a big plus—right across from Caribbean Sprinter, which made traveling so convenient. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. We truly felt taken care of from the moment we arrived.
