I booked online and their check in desk was closed. I was unable to stay there for any duration of the time I reserved the room. I also contacted their customer service multiple times for a refund since the service was not rendered, and also for assistance since they did not have an option for contactless check in. Still have had no response 1 week after. My attempts were well within the check in hours with the only notice as piece of paper taped to the window. The entrance area and elevator were also dirty and smelled

This was a very good stay! The staff were attentive and helpful when needed. Housekeeping services were very skimpy… Hotel property had very few amenities.

Check-in was pleasant and helpful and Andene (hopefully spelled her name correctly) is a credit to her employer. The room was bright and airy with A/C and fan ,coffee percolator and refrigerator a plus with outside temperature in high 80s . All staff were pleasant and helpful and there are plenty of dining options near at hand including food vendors with great Tamalas and Dukunu ,try Mark out front best yet.

Room was clean. Not as shown in pictures. Ocean view was blocked by 4 foot tall cement balcony. Water promised daily did not have water most days. Staff was great all of them! No access to ocean no beach. Hotel is 4th floor in a 4 floor building, other floors are for businesses and employees. Restaurant and hotel does not accept cards cash only. Not much within walking distance. Generally a mile plus to go anywhere.

The room was clean, air conditioning was cold and staff was great. It was a little hard to locate as it does not have a traditional lobby. The lobby is on the 2nd floor inside the Call center and casino tower. The lobby closes at a certain time and a number to call is posted, althought the staff is responsive.

Good for the price. But keep in mind this is a lower end place to stay. A bit strange in that you go up to 4th floor to check in. It’s more like a room rental than a hotel. We felt fairly safe but wouldn’t walk around at night. Onsite parking was important for us.

Very accommodating staff, very friendly as well. Very clean facility. Walking distance to good finds eateries.

The hotel was good but still was being renovated. Shower was not good, shower head needed to be upgraded along with temperature.

Absolutely fantastic location, walking distance from restaurants in bars and the park. This was a great choice. The hotel was modern and extremely comfortable while the staff was very attentive and friendly

Hotellet ligger på våning 4 i ett höghus. Ganska tråkigt område, inga resturanger eller affärer i närheten.

Staff was so amazing!! Only complaint was that the clean towels were not all the way clean (even when we requested more) and the noise from the halls is very loud but this is a great place and we LOVED the staff! Would stay again :)

Every review is pretty spot on. I was first greeted by the amazing Andean and her friendly staff. Free parking and secured. Huge clean room with balcony facing the ocean. AC was working. I ate twice at Midtown (the stew chicken is so yummy!) and had a breakfast at Ochuna downstairs. Both very good. I walked the first night to the museum and I felt safe. Yes there’s only one chair but I was solo so it didn’t bother me. There was some noise in the park and next door but it was on Saturday but with the patio door closed, it was fine and the noise tapered down after 22:00. Water was not super hot but it’s typical. For the price, I would recommend this to anyone and I’ll be back again before leaving Belize.

A/C was strong and shops, restaurants were close.

Large, clean room. Good location.

The staff was very helpful, however, the room we were given was not clean. We had to be moved to a different room after my husband pointed out the dirty floor and water from a refrigerator that had just been replaced. The toilet did not flush. The staff Andean was a sweet heart and did everything she could to make us feel comfortable.

We were surprised that the whole hotel was on the 4th floor. It was adequate for a single night's stay but I wouldn't want to stay much longer. The staff, however, was wonderful.

The hotel is located on the 4th floor of the building. The rooms are a good size

Our room was nice and clean, the front desk staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel is in walking distance of great food. We would definitely stay again.
