This was a disappointment. There was absolutely no signage to indicate that it was a hotel. The rooms are on 1 floor of a building that also houses a casino and club. The room we stayed in did face the sea but it had a concrete wall and you had to stand as no outside seating. Air conditioner was right beside you on the balcony and leaked.
The room was spacious and had the longest shower I’ve ever seen!
We were supposed to stay on our return back home as well but canceled and made other arrangements.

Andean, the lady at the front desk was wonderful - professional and friendly.
Everything, our room and other areas were very clean. Lots bed the coffee and the big pot.
However, the room could be improved with a night table beside each bed, a reading lamp on each of those tables, and two chairs at the table (there was only one).

All the above, when we arrived to the hotel, we where told that our room was not available and the staff was not coaporating or able to assist with any other solution and we where told to contact the third party to get reimbursed. It was not plesent at all. But at the end . We got the roon after mentioned we were Going to contact Expedia. .

We were very happy with the staff who were very helpful with our requests. The room was clean, comfortable and large with an ocean view. I would however have preferred to be closer to the tourist areas, it was about a 25 minute walk. There is a casino in the building so tha may have been why it was noisy until about 1:00am.

The rooms are fine but when I arrive they inform me that the cleaning is done every 3 days or if I wanted it before I had to request it beforehand

The Pickwick Hotel was both clean and spacious but the best part of our stay was the staff. Justin transported us to and from the airport. He immediately made us feel welcome, safe and genuinely seemed happy to see us again. Andean works the front desk and ensured all our needs were met. She is the heart and soul of the Pickwick Hotel with her radiant smile and sunny nature!! Thank you for the pleasant stay.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Pickwick Park hotel for my birthday. The room was spacious and very clean.The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our time was well spent. My husband had asked them if they could decorate the room for my birthday and they did an excellent job. They arranged for all our excursions and took care of transportation. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Shout out to Andean, karely, Mejonio and Justin for a memorable stay.

The hotel is located within a multistory building. It’s on the 4th floor. The water never got hot nor warm. Our slider to the balcony had a broken lock, we could not secure the slider. One of the towels was still wet. There was this constant noise the tv was making with a huge flash while sleeping. The front makeshift reception had drinks available for purchase, the staff were very polite and nice. They assisted with cab driver. Also the floors are a bit slippery and the hallways echo very much occasionally hearing a loud bang from other doors. The restaurant they have on their pictures had recent poor reviews so we didn’t bother trying. Also the birds there are shockingly loud but not the hotels fault, just nature. Also the water bottles seemed to have a very loose seal that were provided in the room.

fantastic room, extremely comfy bed, very clean and spacious. staff was very friendly and helped getting taxi back to airport, had a nice seating room with coffee and water, balcony had great ocean view and there was a lot of food and walkable places from the hotel
