Beautiful property and very up to date amenities. However, the location is isolated and the drive is a lot. Overall beautiful property and welcoming staff.

Reception staff/Restaurant staff/Maintenance staff all so super welcoming and friendly! Housekeeping prepped an amazing towel welcome for my daughter's birthday!Pool well maintained and inviting. 1st visit in September, sargassum a bit smelly, but we jumped in off the pier. Went snorkeling out of San Pedro one day with Searious Adventures. Loved Edwin our pal.

The Sargasm killed it. Couldnt go in ocean and the smell was horrible. Staff tried to make the best of it for us but we'll never go back when its not in high season.

Dissappionted lots of sarrgasum didnt look like they even tried to cleanup by the beach area lots of mosquitos due to it. Had a bit of concern in room took pics did metion to them would had prefered for a bit of refund they didnt seem care much. Very far out from town

The property was nice but there really was no beachfront like we purchased we had ask to change rooms due to the smell of sea grass piled up we weren’t able to access the beach as it shows in the pictures staff was friendly and the rooms were clean but not worth what we paid due to the scenery

The resort pictures I viewed on line before making my reservations showed a pristine beach. I love the beach and booked this resort based on what I saw in photos online. Unfortunately the beach was un-useable due to sargassum. A nasty sea weed that invades the island during the spring and summer. This was not disclosed. If it had I would not have booked this resort or visited Belize. If I had been made aware I would have tried to book a resort on the west side of the island where sargassum doesn't effect the beaches. This sea weed spoiled the whole vacation. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant when we got there. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered an appetizer. i ordered the calamari. My mouth fell open in shock when my plate arrived with just 4 rings of calamari for about $15.00 american.

Beautiful property great staff very quiet and relaxing

The property itself and the staff were amazing. Beautiful. It's too far north for a golf cart. The mosquitoes were treacherous. I used lemon and eucalyptus Cutter and one a day vitamin with energy and it helped alot. But my daughter and our neighbor were tormented by mosquitoes. There's standing water everywhere. The people were super friendly. Bring LOTS of 1s and 5s for tips.

The staff member on the last day saves the day. I am in the middle of my travels and the website states they offer laundry services, when I asked about it they don’t wash undergarments. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and never heard of this. I brought my laundry to town at 7am and had to wait as long as I could. They don’t have a sister resort to use for a. Day pass so I went back to the hotel at 1. It was too hot to be out all day. I had to go back at 4:30, the wind just picked up and was still hot. The front desk listened to my concerns and had the driver pick up my laundry and bring to my room. I was beyond grateful. Otherwise this would have been one star across the board. Getting sunburnt to get laundry at a resort is not ideal. Also, they make you check out a beach towel. Overall, the hotel is too far. The road is bumpy, like bounce out of the cart seat bumpy. You’re in elements, the sun, wind, rain. The staff are above and beyond helpful and the rooms are VERY clean. The beach itself is nice with a light breeze so it’s never too hot at the resort. Very good AC. PROS: clean, staff, light breeze, beach front. Cons: FAR, no snack options really, a restaurant not part of the hotel, don’t wash undergarments. Five stars if it was closer. I wouldn’t stay here again due to location taking away from activities and not being close to a store. Otherwise a great stay, felt safe. Clean.

The room was fine. One could not enjoy because of mosquitos. Food was not so good.

Absolutely breath taking views- it is a ways out of town so golf cart is a must have. Do not let the distance stop you from exploring and staying this side of your island. The town is busy and noisy. It is quiet, friendly staff, lots of things to do.

The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly went above and beyond for whatever we needed always making sure we were ok. The downside was the seagrass the beach was not swimmable at all I do understand it’s not the resorts fault but it put a damper on our stay. I wish there was more food options as well

The villa was beautiful and very clean with many amenities, loved having access to purified water in the room. VIews were great.

The staff here are really great! They work hard to accommodate your needs and help you all along the way. The property is up north and you will need to drive to get to town. The property is very cute and the restaurant and bar are very friendly and yummy. My family and I had a really nice time.
