全体的には満足出来たが、C/Oの時手違いがあった。即ちＣ／Ｏの前々日からＣ／Ｏの日はウエイクアップコールは５．００ａ．ｍ．，タクシーは６．００ａ．ｍ．、朝食ボックスはＣ／Ｏの時受け取ると依頼してあった。当日、ウエイクアップコールは鳴り、Ｃ／Ｏすべく５．３０頃下りて行ったがフロントは鍵が閉まり人はいない。入口に電話機があったので呼んだら、スタッフが来てくれた。それでＣ／Ｏし、レシートを貰ったのだが、スタッフ曰く私に前夜にＣ／Ｏするよう話したと言う。私は前日は午後遅く街歩きから帰り、行く前に借りた傘を返しただけで、その時に何も依頼されたことはなく、それ以降もフロントに行ったこともない。行き違いがなければほぼ完璧だっただけに残念である。 タクシーは６．００に来てその点は問題なかった。

All was great. Spacious room, well kept and serviced. The property is beautifully landscaped so even if you are staying for work purposes, you feel like you are away. The pool is right beside the dining room so an after work swim is out of the question if you don’t want to be on display for the diners.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely friendly hotel. Service was excellent and the facilities were all fine, and its just a short walk from the centre of Hamilton, the bus station and other points of interest

We stayed for five nights and from the very beginning the staff was extremely welcoming and throughout our stay they took care of all our needs, always a step ahead of us. We loved the unique design of the hotel and surrounding gardens. Can’t wait to return soon. A very special serene hotel. Nora and Ann

These guys totally exceeded my expectations! Comfortable, clean, helpful, had everything we needed, amazing food, I could go on and on. Wish we’d spent our whole trip there rather than splitting it up between two reservations.

This was a lovely boutique hotel with beautiful grounds…gorgeous landscaping with well lit pathways throughout. I stayed in a standard room and my parents stayed in a suite, both of which were clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for our needs. Beds were on the firmer side but comfy, pillows very comfortable. Quiet at night. Breakfast was available every am in the garden sunroom/veranda (?) that was open to outside air, slight breeze but could be a little warm so dress appropriately. Had a very island feel which I thought was perfect. Coffee machine with lots of selections, fresh fruit, variety of breads to toast, yogurt, granola, pastries/muffins, hard boiled eggs, and a different hot item each day (scrambled eggs or egg/cheese/ham sandwich,…). There is a restaurant onsite which looked amazing but we did not try as we had little ones and it was more of an “adult” venue. The bar was very nice and a great place to sit for a cocktail. A 10 minute walk to the main strip of shops and restaurants. They do have a hotel van which they offered to drive us short distances for free (we just gave a tip). The staff was absolutely amazing, very accommodating to make sure every guest has a pleasant stay. I looked forward to seeing Prisana’s smile everyday :) Overall, an excellent place to stay when in Bermuda, highly recommend.

Fantastic boutique hotel, the feel is more like a bed and breakfast but with more space. The staff was lovely and the grounds were impeccable!

The continental breakfast was great, the wine hour was a great surprize, the newly renovated dining room/ restaurant was delicious. The staff were perfect and the gardens and wildlife are very special.

Lovely, friendly home from home stay in leafy residential area of Hamilton

The gardens were beautiful all around the property.

We really enjoyed our quiet king bed comfortable suite. It was nice to make a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy it on our little private porch. All staff members were kind, accommodating and very sweet to us. Walking distance to Hamilton or a cheap and quick cab ride. Hotel offered a happy hour which was relaxing and an informative time with other guests. The grounds were friendly and inviting and beautifully maintained. Palomino restaurant had delicious food.

Charming smaller hotel. We’ll managed. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Much more personal attention than the larger resorts. Very nice breakfast included. Complimentary wine reception every evening too. Walkable to town and many restaurants as well as the bus station. A wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The staff and service are friendly and top notch. The courtyard gardens are beautiful with plenty of quiet spaces to sit and relax among the flowers, trees, butterflies and birds.

As our cab from the airport pulled up to the beautiful Royal Palms we were greeted by a warm, personable manger to welcome us. The service was incredibly good and the accommodations were distinctive and luxurious. We were pampered the entire visit.
