全体的には満足出来たが、C/Oの時手違いがあった。即ちＣ／Ｏの前々日からＣ／Ｏの日はウエイクアップコールは５．００ａ．ｍ．，タクシーは６．００ａ．ｍ．、朝食ボックスはＣ／Ｏの時受け取ると依頼してあった。当日、ウエイクアップコールは鳴り、Ｃ／Ｏすべく５．３０頃下りて行ったがフロントは鍵が閉まり人はいない。入口に電話機があったので呼んだら、スタッフが来てくれた。それでＣ／Ｏし、レシートを貰ったのだが、スタッフ曰く私に前夜にＣ／Ｏするよう話したと言う。私は前日は午後遅く街歩きから帰り、行く前に借りた傘を返しただけで、その時に何も依頼されたことはなく、それ以降もフロントに行ったこともない。行き違いがなければほぼ完璧だっただけに残念である。 タクシーは６．００に来てその点は問題なかった。

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Palms. Very walkable to Hamilton and a nice bar/ restaurant on site. Staff were very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and effortless. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and it was a great place to unwind after a day out. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, stylish, and clearly very well looked after. What really stood out was how much the stay added to my overall experience of Bermuda. The location made it easy to explore, and the staff were always happy to offer helpful suggestions. It felt like the perfect base to enjoy the island. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and truly gave me a great experience of Bermuda. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Really enjoyable stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Happy hour from 17:00 to 18:00 was a great opportunity to meet other visitors.

The staff was so professional and kind. They really pampered us. The rooms, common areas and gardens/grounds were beautiful and kept in perfect condition. The evening wine hour was well attended each night and we enjoyed meeting travelers from other countries.

Staff very welcoming. Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast included was a solid continental. Restaurant - Palomino - was also very good. Front desk very very helpful in organizing taxis.

We had a great stay at the Royal Palms and would highly recommend. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - the property felt like an Oasis and it was just a short and pleasant walk to downtown Hamilton. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home. We made use of the lounge space and especially enjoyed the wine hour each evening, which was a great opportunity to chat with staff and meet other vacationers staying at the hotel.

Everything was excellent-clean rooms everyday, great and friendly staff, great restaurant and breakfast in the mornings, above all great location and place to stay with family.

Rooms were great and spotless. The staff were great and welcoming. Food and wine were great. Loved the Happy Hours from 5pm. Great outdoors with a garden garden. Overall a great place to stay on the island with family.

My partner and I stayed at Royal Palms for a few days over Christmas and loved it. The staff were so kind, attentive and helpful. The food at Palamino was great, property was safe and quiet, and was an easy walk over to Hamilton / Front Street. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and will definitely be back!

All was great. Spacious room, well kept and serviced. The property is beautifully landscaped so even if you are staying for work purposes, you feel like you are away. The pool is right beside the dining room so an after work swim is out of the question if you don’t want to be on display for the diners.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely friendly hotel. Service was excellent and the facilities were all fine, and its just a short walk from the centre of Hamilton, the bus station and other points of interest

We stayed for five nights and from the very beginning the staff was extremely welcoming and throughout our stay they took care of all our needs, always a step ahead of us. These guys totally exceeded my expectations! Comfortable, clean, helpful, had everything we needed, amazing food, I could go on and on. Wish we’d spent our whole trip there rather than splitting it up between two reservations.
