Breathtaking views, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Views from every room. Restaurants were delicious. Will make a return visit to the Reefs!!

This hotel is a gem; wish we knew the beachside restaurant would be closed. Beautiful rooms, incredible views, easy access to the rest of the Island. Breakfast was amazing! I think I’d add at least 1 more ice machine and vending machine. Soda, juice and Gatorade (for example) should be available to purchase by the can and bottle. I’d suggest explaining the bus tokens and warming up the tone upon arrival. Will definitely be back.

Excellent views of the coast & beach from the room. Breakfast was excellent so many choices. There is a bus stop across the street, so it is easy to get around the island. There are a lots of steps at the hotel and does not seem to be wheelchair friendly. Staff and owner are really very friendly

Our hotel room was broken into and robbed!

The hot tub was soooo good..hot and jetted.AC, heat, dry mode all comfortable. Most nights we slept with the sl8ding foor open, listening to the waves. Dont miss the stars! Food was so well prepared almost to order. Breakfast is sumptuous. There is a welome reception, Friday night live music and drinks at the firepits. Afternoon tea included. Kayak and snorkeling equipment for our use, drinks and lunch on the beach or pool starting at 12. For all this plus lication the price was great too. This was our third year.

We just visited the 2nd week of March. The weather was beautiful, the hotel was spotless, and the food was great.

Beautiful property. The staff was very accommodating. It was easy to get transportation to visit other areas of the Island. The bus stop is right outside the property.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Reefs. Great food, spa and amazing views everywhere. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful property, ocean views breathtaking, from every room ,& dining areas. A perfect serene beach, with changing room, showers , steps from beach. Attention to guests every need. Food fantastic- don’t miss Sunday brunch… or the Spa!

Everything was good

Safe was too high for people under 5’10”. The open safe was at my eye level and the door hit my eye when first opened- not expecting a door at my eye’s level. Needless to say my 4’9” wife needed a step stool to access the safe -not available. Shower wand was useless and not having a door required contorting to prevent water spraying onto the floor. Closet, safe, coffee maker were all in the bathroom. 2 bottles of water were available upon checkin. Thereafter bottles of water were $4 unless filled in the gym- cleanliness not determinable

It was my first visit to Bermuda and I loved The Reefs. The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming; the outdoor seating area was so inviting and a great spot to enjoy whale watching; the dining area inside and out was very clean and comfortable with stunning views; the food was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the special evenings, like the fireside grill. The live music was excellent and created a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Very peaceful and clean.

Went in March so we missed the usual experiences (Coconuts closed, ocean chilly) but overall it was a good experience. The live music and firepits on Friday were a highlight and morning breakfast was great. The location is on the bus line and a short commute to Hamilton or dockyard. I would recommend for couples or adults as it’s peaceful (not for young children).

The resort was wonderful. Came here for our baby moon and the staff was so nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this resort.

Spa was wonderful, the view amazing from every vantage point, food and service very good. We plan to go back.
