we could not connect to the wifi in our room, so we need to go to the business office to use the internet. When we got there, there were other people who were struggling with the same problem with us.

We weren't aware of all of the stairs but managed fine.

Amazing views, and perfect beach! Also, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, good water pressure in shower, and excellent food.

I've been to many very beautiful beaches, but this one is right at the top of the list! Great staff and great food at the restaurants as well!!

Boutique property. Great service and a spectacular beach. If you are looking for new and flashy, this is not the place for you. Rooms are clean but not flashy. Restaurants are located on the property and are really good. Breakfast is included and is top shelf. The best spa on the island is located onsite.

Our trip to the Reefs was amazing. The property is wonderful but the staff is even more impressive. The folks working there always were friendly and helpful. The food was great and the views were magnificent. Just left today and already want to go back

Rooms: We had a cliffside King bed room. Views were awesome. Was great having a balcony with nice chairs on it. Bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds. Room was clean. Bathroom could use a deep clean, that was the only part that could have been cleaned better. Overall the room was very nice. Would be great if the staff could put more bottles of water in the fridge when we had them clean the room. We only got 2 bottles for a 5 day stay...had to go hunt down more. Pool/Beach: We only went to the pool once, but it was very nice. Wasnt ever that busy. Overlooked the ocean and was the perfect temp. Pool noodles, towels and cold water were provided at both the beach and pool....which came in handy. We spent most of our time on the beach. Never was too crowded...always were able to get chairs/umbrella. Waiters came out around noon and delivered food/drink orders. The beach is terrific! Very private and plenty of room. Food/Restaurants: Loved the free breakfast. Croissants were amazing. Everything tasted great and we looked forward to it every day. Lunch and dinner were good also...wish coconuts had a little bit more to choose from, but it still was a decent meal. The beach BBQ was really good....tons of food, doesn't include drinks (FYI since it's not cheap). Staff: All them of them are so friendly. They work their butts off to make sure everyone is happy and enjoying their vacations. We really appreciated them, no wonder they have so many repeat customers.

The property and location are amazing. The property sits on the cliffs above the most incredible beach. (Be prepared to walk up and down many stairs and ramps)Worth every step. The pool is great and the cliff top restaurant has a view not to be missed.

I especially enjoyed the beach, how clean it was and how each resort empolyee was both courteous and helpful.

Our one meal at Solaris was well below par. Staff was accommodating, however the food was substandard. Most of the staff of the beach were very helpful. However two young men would start stand behind guests at 4 pm each day so they could stack the beach chairs and umbrellas. It was uncomfortable and not something I’ve experienced before at the resort. Our family has been staying at the Reefs since the 1980’s, the older owner generation was remarkable and always made our stays exceptional. Unfortunately, it appears current management does not care about upkeep, food quality and treatment of guests. That will be our last stay at the Reefs. We are awaiting the reopening of the Southampton Princess. It’s unfortunate, 3 generations of our family loved staying the Reefs, but we will not overlook the ongoing issues that seem to be acceptable by current management.

We stayed for 3 nights. rooms were clean and updated. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room at at breakfast. Breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. The private beach was amazing. We didn't use the pool, but it was very pretty. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible hotel! It is a slice of heaven. The beach is the best part. Pink sandy beaches with clear turquoise waters. The food at Coconuts and Solaris were also very good. Wished there was more night life.

Beautiful location, the private beach is very special, the restuarant Solaris was very adept at accommodating my son’s allergies! Well done!

Great beach and views. It wasn’t overcrowded. We could always get a seat at the beach or pool and for meals. Staff all friendly and helpful

We were not at all happy with one of the two rooms we were given and it took quite a bit of arguing before we were moved to another room. Not a good way to start a vacation. Also we were moved to another type of room totally, rooms vs a cottage, a few days before arriving and we only found out by chance. This also was not good. Overall the room assignment process was not good and we booked our reservation 8 months in advance.

Room was great, wonderful view, staff as usual very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
