Room was amazing overlooking the river. Spotlessly clean and food in the restaurant was lovely.

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Das Zimmer ist sauber, hat AC. Die zwei reizenden Masseurinnen sind exzellent. Das Restaurant hat viel zu bieten. Sehr romantisch auch die Live Musik.

Great option in MAun for the beginning or end of safari. The views across the river were nice, especially if you like watching a wide variety of birds come and go. Restaurant service is quite slow but teh food was very good.

Solid hotel if you need a night or two in Maun. Food was a bit pricey and not exceptional, but not bad. Staff was excellent and helpful. Room was clean, which is key. All around solid choice for the price.

Maun lodge is a great place to start or finish any Botswana safari. The location is quiet and green with free airport pick-up/drop off. Also excellent dining on site!

Main Lodge is an oasis in Maun. It was a great place to stay before and after any safari to Botswana. The place is very nice, clean and convenient to the airport (free shuttle). The dining is onsite and DELICIOUS!

Wir sind auf unsere Reise durch Botswana in Maun drei Tage in der Maun Lodge gewesen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir würden diese Lodge noch einmal buchen. Alles bestens. Das Restaurant gegenüber ist hervorragend und haben wir gleich zwei Mail besucht.

We spent 3 nights at the Maun Lodge. It is a bit older, but considering its convenience and free airport shuttle, we were happy with our stay. The room itself was basic but very clean and house keeping came every day to tidy up and replace any dirty towels and restock complimentary still water bottles to the room. The restaurant is busy and offers a decent menu. The staff is friendly and helpful with whatever you need. We enjoyed the pool on our final day. It is a cold water pool, but we were happy lounging in the lounge chairs and enjoying the shade and quiet. Overall, we would stay again if we return to Maun.

Personal mäßig freundlich. Räume hellhörig, zT renovierungsbedürftig. Restaurant überteuert. Gute Betten, aber insgesamt ist die Maun Lodge viel zu teuer für das, was geboten wird.

No view as advertised and staff booked us a cab that charged us 10usd for a trip that was 5 but otherwise this was a great place to stay. Boma restaurant and staff lovely

Wir waren dort 2 Nächte bevor wir auf Safari gingen. Das Restaurant ist okay. Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es a la carte-Essen, was uns gefiel. Wir konnten immer einen Platz am Feuer reservieren. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und auf der Terrasse für zwei Räume gab es leider nur einen Tisch und zwei Stühle für beide. Der Fluss hatte Mitte Mai noch kein Wasser, sodass man aufs trockene Flussbett guckt.

This was a quaint hotel that is very convenient to the airport. I stayed here for one night after arriving in Maun the day before going on a safari. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was basic but clean. The TV was a little wonky (but I think it was my specific TV because the one in my parents' room was fine). I had chosen a regular room and it was comfortable enough for me. My parents' choose a river view room, but found when they arrived that the river was dry, so it was more or less just looking at a grassy area. The restaurant at the lodge was very good! It's an open air restaurant (with covered sections), so it is almost magical on a nice night. They had a fire pit lit and it was just a beautiful experience. I didn't go to the pool, but I looked at it and it seemed like a nice pool area.

Property older than some but had character only issue is age of bathroom and location of taps in bath/shower Location near main modern mall

Friendly staff, large breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. A good place to stay close to Maun airport before/after a safari with bonus of free airport transportation

The hotel is a bit old, food is average, room basic, but the staff is super nice.

Confortable and clean with really good restaurant on site.
